We also provide access to our exterior Owner's Closet, which includes beach chairs, several sizes of skim & boogie boards, beach toys & games and a portable cooler. Inside, we provide all bed, bath and kitchen linens and towels (except beach towels) with our rental rates and a few family board games. The kitchen is fully supplied with all cooking utensils you should need - pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, etc...it all here! Bathrooms include hairdryers as well...less for you to pack!

Step through the sliding glass doors from the Master Bedroom or Living Room to the Private Balcony with one of the best views in Surfside and you’ll never want to leave! Our 2nd Bedroom has one Double (new 2008) and one Twin bed with colorful bedding. New carpeting, ceiling fan and LCD TV were added in 2008. In addition, DVD player and Nintendo Gamecube with two controllers and games are included to help the kids - or you - wind down from the day at the beach! The Guest Bathroom was also remodeled in 2008 with colorful paint, new contemporary Maple Vanity w/Granite vanity top, ceramic floor tile and new toilet.

Notes: Located at the north end of Surfside Beach in the Shores of Surfside I, you'll be just a short walk from Surfside Pier, where you can enjoy fine dining, fishing or sightseeing. We are on the first floor of a three story, 14 unit building, easily accessible up a half-dozen stairs. Our complex has a full-size Oceanfront outdoor pool (open seasonally) with lounge chairs to relax on while reading a good book or just soaking up the sun, and a private walkway to the beach. Our condo is a Non-smoking unit and No Pets Allowed. Due to HOA restrictions and in respect to our neighbors, we do not rent to student groups under 21 years of age - sorry! . We do have a 2 parking space/unit HOA restriction: no trailers, boats, RVs or campers are allowed in the parking lot due to the limited space. Anyone not following these rules may be asked to leave by the HOA Since this is our home away from home, we hope all renters will follow the rules and help keep our home clean and in great condition - Enjoy!

This was our first "extended" visit to the MB/Surfside area. Our daughter moved to this area back in June and this was the first opportunity we had to come down to visit the area and her. Although the weather did not cooperate (the entire week was rain and cool) we enjoyed the condo and the area very much. Our favorite restaurant is the newly opened Charleston Cafe located in Surfside, the food was excellent. Tom and Kathy have provided a very nice condo, perfect for a couple or small family. We hope to visit again.

The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The place is beautiful and clean and feels like 'home'! the private beach is just steps away, is clean and beautiful. Located just off the main street, you can get anywhere quickly and easily. Peaceful and quiet, away from the tourist noise and congestion.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We have just returned from Tom and Kathy's condo. It is very well decorated and spacious and very clean. We fell in love the moment we opened the door. The views are breathtaking, the sounds of the ocean relaxing. The beach is incredible and very family friendly - never overly crowded. My family spent many happy hours on the beach and in the pool.
The local restaurants are delicious and have incredible service. We love Crabby Mike's and RiverCity Cafe in town and Bovine's and CreekRatz in Murrell's Inlet.
This condo does not disappoint! We are already starting to plan our 2010 summer vacation!

This was our second year renting this condo and once again we had a fantastic vacation! The location is absolutely perfect and the condo is great! We have already reserved it again for next summer! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

I would recommend this property to anyone who wishes to have the perfect beach vacation =-) The home is very clean, smells good!, nice neighbors-quiet, and you can't get any closer to the water without being IN the water. We saw seagulls diving for fish, crabs running down the beach at night and, my first time seeing, jellyfish washed up on shore. Millions of beautiful colored shells on the beach. Super Walmart, BiLo, Piggly Wiggly grocery stores are just a few minutes down the road, very handy! Tons of golf courses around for the men, and there are antique shops and of course gift shops everywhere! Aprox. 15 or 20 min drive to Broadway on the Beach. Margaritaville there has food that is DELISH! There are some neat-o restaurants right on the same road as this home but we didn't get a chance to get there this time. The property was well maintained, pool and everything. Nice large washer/dryer is very handy, esp. with kids! This is one of those places where you really couldn't care less if you ever went home. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing such a beautiful place with us! We will definitely stay there again.
