The mattress was not comfortable. The condo was very clean and nice furniture. We would recommend the property to a friend. We liked how close we were to the beach and restaurants.
Owner's Response: We do understand that everyone gets use to their own mattress at home but we did purchase new top of the line mattresses for the condo. We are pleased that you found it clean with nice furniture,because we have taken alot of pride in picking out the funiture and keeping it in excellent condition as it is located in a very convenient location.

Our stay at The Avalon was perfect. Condo has all you need for an enjoyable stay.
Clearwater beach, with it`s Pier 60 and plenty of activity, is only five minutes away.
The condo is just across the gym and nicely designed heated pool.
It`s also only minutes away from restaurants and shopping.
