The Cottage by the Pass is a 1930's vintage cottage located in Madeira Beach, just steps (approx. 100 steps) from the beautiful white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. There are two separate units in this cottage. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this downstairs unit to ensure your comfort and privacy. This unit has been totally remodeled: new laminate flooring, travertine tile flooring in the Huge kitchen, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new washer & dryer. The interior is decorated with an island theme, beaded board walls, crown molding and custom marble showers create an inviting atmosphere. A tropically landscaped patio with grill provides for comfort out-of-doors. The location is absolutely ideal - just across the street is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, which offers shopping - dining - bars - and all manner of water-related activities.

We absolutely loved Cottage by the Pass-Down. It was so convenient to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time, and all the shops at John's Pass were right across the street. It was so much better than staying at a hotel! We liked that we could have our own bedroom and our daughter had a room of her own. And the kitchen!! I wish my kitchen was that huge! It was like our home away from home! We had all the conveniences of home plus a tropical paradise! We are looking forward to our next stay at Mike and Cheri's place! Which, by the way, were absolutely super to work with! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
