If you pay an owner for the use of their condo without being registered as a 'paying guest' of the resort, you WILL NOT receive all the services that make Las Palomas a 5 Star Resort. Make sure you are registered as a paying guest by requesting a 'confirmation letter' from the owner or the resort when you book.
As a paying guest of the resort you will receive the following services...
daily maid service,
ability to set up an account and charge at the bars & restaurants,
24/7 front desk assistance if you have a problem with appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key.
Also, with the frequent power surges in Puerto Penasco, some units experience temorary problems with the A/C, thus the resort will be able to move you to another suite if this happens or if any other problem occurs in the suite that requires you to move.
Also, all units that are managed by Las Palomas have to meet strict furnishings guidelines in order to rent their suites.
Amenities of a 4 Star Resort:
Fine dining at Las Palomas is available at La Maria Restaurant if you like candle light and something special. Barbeque grills await those who want to do it themselves or just do your cooking up in the condo which has all the necessities to make a complete thanksgiving dinner if you want. Exercise room on premises, 7 swimming pools available including a lazy river, water slide and a swim up water bar that allows you to sit in the pool and order your fruity drink or sandwich. There is a 19 hole full size golf course on premises if that's what you want.
We also have a kid's club that is free for those paying guests. If you want to take a break and just have some adult time together this is a great way to have supervised fun for your kids while you go out to dinner or stroll the beach or whatever it is you want to do.
Proximity to town and all the night life:
Just two miles away from all of the night life that goes on in Rocky Point. That's close enough for it not to be a hassel, yet far enough away that it doesn't interfere if you just want to relax and kick back. The grocery store is also within a two mile distance and lots of restaurants are available off premises if you like.
Golf:
In search of things to do--Play 18 holes of championship golf at the Las Palomas Golf Course by the Sea, (there is even a 19th hole to challenge anyone should there need to be a play-off round). This course was professionally designed and can be quite challenging.
