From this new, gorgeous penthouse condominium, you can comfortably watch the sun set over Tamarindo beach from the privacy of your own balcony nightly. The unforgettable view includes the ocean, beach, mountains and a marina. Whether you are a surfer, fisherman or just enjoy the beach, this condominium has the perfect view for your morning cup of coffee, reading a good book or just relaxing. In addition, the condo is located steps from the ocean and is centrally located with easy access to some of the town’s finest restaurants and shops. For your comfort, the condominium includes three bedroom and two baths. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the other a queen size bed. The master suite includes a full ocean view with access to the balcony and a private bathroom. The other bedrooms share access to an additional balcony which looks over the mountains.
