Totally renovated villa with views from every room. Bright, open and airy . 3 decks , a lower deck great for hanging out or fishing in the lagoon, main level deck with ocean views and an upper deck with views of the ocean and golf course. 2 master suites both with King beds and adjoining tile baths. a sleeping loft on upper level with bunk beds a futon and 1/2 bath ( great kid get-away) Come watch the ships sail in while sipping your favorite beverage and feeling that ocean breeze.......

Bald Head Island is a unique Island that is only accessible by boat or passenger ferry. You catch the passenger ferry from the Historic Port City of Southport where there are many restaurants and downtown stores. Visit the city of Wilmington that is home of the Battleship NC or ride to Fort Fisher and spend an afternoon at the NC aquarium at Fort Fisher. Myrtle Beach is only about 45 minutes away where your every shopping, dinning and entertaining whim can be met. With hundreds of golf courses, many dinner shows and an abundance of shopping can be found.

Great for families : Villa 14 is our home away from home and we hope it will be yours. It is stocked full of family fun things, from games, DVDs, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes etc... We hope you enjoy as much as we do...

best location on the island: In the villas you can walk to just about everything you need. the beach, Baldhead Island club and pool are all within a minute walking distance as well and a playground for kids.

as private as villas get: We have a unique situation in the villas there are no decks right up against ours so as far as privacy goes we've got just about all of them beat. We are located on the end of a cul-de-sac which is great for grilling out or watching the kids ride bikes or fish in the lagoon.

Everything we expected and so much more! The listing description was completely accurate regarding the awesome location of the Villa, the layout and all of the wonderful amenities provided. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was great to work with and very knowledgable about the island and all of the many, local activities. I would definitely recommend this property and Bald Head Island! My family and I enjoyed midnight turtle walks, crabbing, climbing the Old Baldy lighthouse, beachcombing, boogie boarding, swimming, fishing, kite flying . . . we can't wait to return to Villa 14! Thanks so much!
