Need more space? This cabin is right next door to http://rangeprop.com/Anazazi.html Sleeps 2

This non-smoking log cabin has a warm knotty pine interior and is spotless, with lots of character. The wood-burning fireplace is the focal point of the living room, adding a cozy touch on those chilly evenings. Enjoy a good night's sleep on our quality mattresses in the two bedrooms, each with a dresser and closet.

The kitchen is inviting with lots of windows - and great for enjoying the many mule deer and elk that often wander through the area, as well as the birds that come to our feeders. Cabinets are thoroughly stocked for your convenience. The bathroom has a large shower. We also have a picnic table and barbecue grill in the back yard. The south-facing deck is a perfect spot to relax with a cup of your favorite beverage.

Our guests have commented 'Comfortable and inviting, it is the nicest cabin we have been in,' and 'This was by far the most comfortable and homey cabin we've ever stayed at in Estes Park.'

Here is the perfect place for a vacation (or holiday)getaway to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Rocky Mountains.

We can't tell you how much we enjoyed our time here at your cabin. We wished we didn't have to leave. We saw a moose, a bear, elk and deer.

We love going to Estes Park to kick back, relax, read by the fireplace, watch the deer and elk and hike or snowshoe in the mountains.

SHAWNEE CABIN

  • 4 of 5
Shawnee is an nice, old fashioned cabin with good access to the attractions in the area. It has a warm feeling and we found it clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pictures n the site represented it well. My wife and I went there to relax and hike with our adult son. We cooked both indoors and on the outside grill and were pleased with the facilities. It is within a reasonable distance of town and stores. I would recommend it to anyone, including friends and family.

WHAT A GREAT CABIN!

  • 5 of 5
My husband and I were so excited to take our seven year old to the mountains for the first time. The Shawnee could not have been a more perfect cabin for our family. We stayed for three nights. The location was convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin and used the fireplace each night. The cool morning and evening breeze coming through the open cabin windows was a perfect way to begin and end the day. The people staying in the nearby cabins were friendly and thoughtful. One even stopped by to point out a deer behind his cabin. We enjoyed a family of elk wandering by as we ate dinner. This was our first real "family vacation" and the cabin helped make it a great experience.

CUTE, CLEAN & COMFORTABLE CABIN- A PERFECT GETAWAY FROM THE SOUTH TEXAS HEAT

Cute, clean & comfortable cabin- a perfect getaway from the South Texas heat
  • 5 of 5
We enjoyed our stay at this cute vintage cabin that had all of the modern amenities. On our last afternoon at the house we were thrilled to come home to a herd of 25 elk surrounding 3 sides of the cabin. Many pictures and videoes were taken as they were just outside the windows- REALLY awesome!! We both had a enjoyable stay at this place and this was an added unexpected extra treat.

LOVELY

  • 5 of 5
We took our three kids to vacation at Rocky Mountain National Park and this little cabin completed what was truly a wonderful trip. It was spotless, quaint, suited all our needs and was perfectly located. The owners thought of every detail we might have needed. We would highly recommend this for families with children

FAMILY SUMMER GETAWAY FOR HIKING.

  • 4 of 5
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We thought the kitchen was absolutely charming and the little bathroom was as well. We appreciated the wifi hookup for our son's laptop. That was great to check the weather before our hikes and various other bits of information about Estes Park. My only complaint is the flannel sheets. Though it was chilly at night, the flannel sheets were way too hot for summer time. We would stay again sometime.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. Summer nighttime temperatures average in the low to mid 40's, but I see it did get to 53 degrees during your stay. I will make sure the cleaning crew knows to use the cotton sheets in summer.

A COZY STAY FOR OUR FAMILY OF FOUR

  • 5 of 5
This cabin came just as advertised: A rustic 1920's cabin that is close to downtown Estes Park and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Much to my surprise, even the mule deer paid us a morning visit! I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.
