Come enjoy classic mountain charm in this 1930's-era vintage Estes Park cabin hideaway, updated with all amenities and wonderful cabin furnishings. Nestled among pine and aspen trees at 7500', with mountain views and rock outcroppings all around, the Shawnee is located one mile west of downtown Estes Park and approximately two miles east of Rocky Mountain National Park.

This non-smoking log cabin has a warm knotty pine interior and is spotless, with lots of character. The wood-burning fireplace is the focal point of the living room, adding a cozy touch on those chilly evenings. Enjoy a good night's sleep on our quality mattresses in the two bedrooms, each with a dresser and closet.
The kitchen is inviting with lots of windows - and great for enjoying the many mule deer and elk that often wander through the area, as well as the birds that come to our feeders. Cabinets are thoroughly stocked for your convenience. The bathroom has a large shower. We also have a picnic table and barbecue grill in the back yard. The south-facing deck is a perfect spot to relax with a cup of your favorite beverage.
Our guests have commented 'Comfortable and inviting, it is the nicest cabin we have been in,' and 'This was by far the most comfortable and homey cabin we've ever stayed at in Estes Park.'

RENTAL POLICY INFORMATION
We require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations are subject to a $100 fee. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before your arrival, you will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent.
Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under age 25.

We love going to Estes Park to kick back, relax, read by the fireplace, watch the deer and elk and hike or snowshoe in the mountains.
