Bright southern exposure from the lanai throughout the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It is a comfortable 1400 sq ft. living space. Close to Old Naples shopping district and downtown 5th avenue shopping as well as many restaurants. Winter park has the second largest swimming pool in southwest Florida and is known for it friendliness. It has 6 tennis courts, boccie ball and shuffle board near the pool area. There are many golf courses in the surrounding area. The beaches are beautiful and the Naples pier is a gathering place at sunset and is also a fishing pier.
