True mountain lakeside escape. This rustic home has three bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom). With only one bath you'll be delighted with the outdoor shower that has hot and cold running water. Situated on 16 pristine acres with high elevation in its own little cove. The private lake is 2 - 3 acres in size. The active bunch can fish, swim, canoe and paddle on the lake while the rest can watch from the open and covered decks and cheer them on! There is a fire pit lakeside for cool evenings and a good old fashioned marshmallow roast. Some of the toys on site are; paddle boat, canoe, fishing gear (you supply the worms)and a dock. All this at your doorstep.

Escape the heat and come to the cool high elevations of our mountains! Western North Carolina is known for our wide variety of activities from white water rafting, hiking, gem mining or something as tame as antiquing. You won't run out of things to do, you'll just run out of time. After you've done it all during the day, spend a quite evening in one of our fine restaurants or if you still have enough energy for a little excitement, try your hand at the Harrah's Casino in Cherokee. If all this is too much you can kick back and enjoy your stay at Lakeside Cove with its own private lake.
