Enjoy the Wonderful Florida Sunshine from dawn 'til dusk from our beautiful South Facing Luxury Lakeside Villa in the prestigious private gated community of Sunset Lakes. The Villa is very spacious and our large pool deck is very private. Our home features 5 double Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. The huge Master Bedroom has a Private Balcony overlooking the Large Natural Lake with abundant wildlife and wonderful sunset views after dusk. For your added enjoyment there is a Games Room with Full Size Pool Table, Foosball, and Darts Board. TWO PLAYSTATIONS and games are also provided for our younger guests!

This location is extremely peaceful yet just a few minutes from all essential amenities - a local Winn Dixie, Walmart Superstore, two Publix Supermarkets, Target Superstore, all major Restaurants, and the nearest Disney theme park is less than 10 minutes away! Fishing is allowed for our guests on the large well-stocked private lake. Plus excellent Golf courses nearby.

  • All five bedrooms are doubles.There is a master suite with luxury 4 poster king-size bed with large en-suite bathroom with king-size oval bathtub, separate shower cubicle, twin sinks, and walk in wardrobes, a further king size 4 poster bed located on the ground floor with sliding patio doors giving direct access to the pool and deck area. Other bedrooms include one with a queen size bed, 2 twin bedded Disney themed rooms, one being a 'Mickey/Minnie Mouse theme and the other featuring Pooh Bear and friends! In addition to full air conditioning we have added ceiling fans, plus cable TV and clock radios in every room. For families with infants, we also provide, free of charge; a full size crib/cot, playpen, highchair and 2 strollers/pushchairs.

Notes: There are two lounge Areas, one featuring a multimedia entertainment center with 42' channel cable TV, VCR, DVD player & hi-fi system. There are board games, books, videos and DVDs within this area for your entertainment. The second lounge room is located at the front of the villa away from the TV room and adjoins the dining room. This is elegantly furnished and carpeted for those 'special occasions'. The remaining ground floor area is laid with beautiful Italian tiles. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances and a breakfast room with a further table and chairs located off the kitchen. All 5 double bedrooms have TVs and clock radios - ( the 2 masters bedrooms with 32' screens.)

We looked at many, many vacation villas onlne in the Orlando area on Ebay and elsewhere for our family group of 10. The location of this villa was a very short drive to the parks and shopping. The kids (age 6 to 84) all loved the pool and game room. The villa is very clean, well equipped plus the owner and property mgt company were extremely helpful. This is the place to stay. You will not be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, everything was great and the area really near all the parks. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. We wouldn't hesitate to contact you again when we return to Florida in the future.

Wonderful experience.

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely house with us. It made our stay in the Orlando area very memorable. Our family of six included two children of six and three and they absolutely loved the pool.
Everything in the house was of a very high standard, the beds were so comfortable after a long day at the parks and the house was equiped with a huge array of kitchen/ dining equipment and everything else one could possibly need.
We would highly recommend this house and on our return to Orlando would not want to stay anywhere else. The location is excellent, so close to the theme parks that it is possible to come home in the afternoon, have some pool time and return in the evening which is a major factor when travelling with young children.
Don`t bother trawling through hundreds of houses, this one will not disappoint.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. The facilities were excellent, modern, clean and spacious, and the pool welcoming after a long day out. In fact everything you could wish for was there (when we were returning to the villa our son would say "are we going back to the palace now?"). The management team was very friendly and helpful and made our stay home from home. We hope to stay in your lovely home again soon.

Great Family Home

This is a great family home. It has everything you'll need and more, there was plenty of room for our two familys (4 adults, 6 kids). The location is excellent and easily accessable to the theme parks,shopping and resturants. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games room. Make sure you book enough time to take a day or two off to relax and enjoy they house and pool. Thanks to Debbie for having the birthday cake and decorations for our arrival -- they were great! The owners were very prompt at returning our emails and very helpful with all our questions.
We visited Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal's Islands of Adventure and did the Medival Times supper (excellent fun). They were all fun but alot to do in one week. Next time we will book more time and take a day off in between to rest up.
