Stress-Free Parking in our beach community: At check-in you are given an assigned parking pass for #501. Seaview has additional spaces: 6 visitor and 2 handicap . The office will gladly assign you another pass and help you find a spot for your extra car when the property isn't sold-out. However, when Seaview is sold-out (holidays, July 4th, peak season) your extra car might have to be parked off-site. Suggestion: Contact John's Pass Village (6/10 mi) for information about their 323 space parking garage and/or the City of Madeira Beach which sells weekly parking passes for many of their public beach lots.

Remember To Ask For #501: All Units are Individually Owned, Decorated, and Marketed. New 3-layer thermal sliding glass doors and window

Hello Betsy! We arrived home yesterday after staying a week in 501! We wanted to let you know that the new door in the master bedroom and windows you installed really did cut down the noise. We could tell a difference immediately!

We had a very relaxing week in your condo and it will be our one to choose when we come to Madeira in the future.

Winter Holidays - Arrived after grocery closed.

Dear Betsy:

We would like to thank you for the hospitality that was extended to our family over Christmas!

We truly enjoyed the rental of your condo, the birds, the pool, we met several families who come each year and invited our family to play volleyball each day. Walking on the beach, the amazing sunsets, collecting shells and even the bird sanctuary. Lauren enjoyed a visit to the candy kitchen and we also made a trip out to the outlet mall and John's pass. We enjoyed a pasta dinner on Christmas Eve thanks to Susan purchasing our groceries.

The only thing missing in the condo was a kettle for boiling water for tea---hopefully next time. [note from Betsy: We since bought an electric tea kettle and a regular one, too.]

We have lots of pictures to help with the memories including playing in the ocean. Lauren already plans to come back just for the amazing sweet grapefruits we enjoyed daily cut up like oranges.

We look forward to our next visit. Thanks again. Happy New Year!

Home away from home!

My husband and I spent five weeks in this unit. The pictures and description are good, however the unit is this and much more. This was our seventh visit to Seaview, but our first in this unit....we are booked for six weeks next year! This unit is so tastefully decorated compared to others. The owners have really made it special with all of the extras they have included. The area is so convenient to great restaurants and activities. We have been coming to Madeira Beach for 37 years and have finally found a winter home at Seaview unit 501!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

This was our 5th tim here...

This was our 5th tim here and my grandparent's 1st. It was nice in the 60's and some day's 70's! The St. Petersburg Pier was fun and beautiful. I would recommend that. It was a great trip and will hopefully come back again!

Madeira Beach, Florida is located on the Gulf of Mexico in the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg area. John's Pass Village Boardwalk and Treasure Island are 5 minutes South and Redington Beach is 3 minutes North; Clearwater Beach is about 30 minutes North.

Enjoy the many nearby activities, including famous John's Pass Village Boardwalk, fishing, boating, golfing, fine and casual dining, gift shops, supermarkets, and several malls. Suncoast Beach Trolley (transportation from Pass-a-Grille to Clearwater Beaches) has a stop in front of our building.
