Golf, golf and more golf, diving, boating, sailing, jet skiing, surfing, fishing, deep sea fishing, gambling boats, space center attractions, beach combing, or just relaxing out back and watching the sunset! So if your visiting Florida and want to visit the theme parks and hit the beach for some sun and fun this is the place to be. The pool is salt water & awesome with a 6' wooden privacy fence surrounding the back yard. The game room currently has an 8' billiard table & a gaming table, slot machines, bar & a pinball machine is planned for the spring 2009. You may find a cheaper place but you won't find a better place for the money! Come stay at ours! Pets considered

Golf, courses every where!! (My personal favorite Sun Tree) Beaches, River, Golf, Golf, Golf, Beach, Beach, Beach & FUN in the SUN! You may find a cheaper place but you won't find a better place for the price! Come stay at our place! Pets are considered on an individual basis!

Ski: Only Water Skiing here! No white stuff EVER! Marina's are minutes away. Boat & Jet ski rentals available. The intercoastal waterway (Indian & Banana river) is only minutes away! Bring your boat or rent one. Space is available at the house for off street parking of your boat! PLEASE LEAVE YOUR SNOW SKIS AT HOME! They don't work well down here!

Super Place!!!

My husband and I stayed there for 3 weeks. The pool was great and we had an awesome time in this rental. Everything we needed was there, except a computer, but we knew this ahead of time and brought our own. The connection speed great! The TV's and entertainment system were awesome as well. We loved the game room and pool table. The backyard was huge and patio area was great for a bar-b-que. The best part of the backyard was the privacy fence surrounding the pool area...complete privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept.

I love Florida beaches! They are nothing like beaches in the north, packed body to body and towel to towel. The beaches even on a "busy" day had plenty of space and were not very crowded. I recommend the Boardwalk at Indiatlantic.

We went to Disney and Aquatica (Sea World's water park) while we were there. The drive was quicker than expected (about 45 minutes) we left in the morning and spent all day in the parks. There was so much to do in and around the house we almost hated to leave it to do something else.

We have stayed in many vacation homes and hotels in and around this area and others and this is our favorite Melbourne area location by far. We were able to stay for 3 weeks in this house for the same price as a week in a local hotel. The price is well below what is expected with all the amenties. I highly recommend this rental even if you don't have "a gang of 6" which it could easily accomodate.

Palm Bay House

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at the Palm Bay house. The house was comfortable and the pool was wonderful. The location was close to the beach and other Florida attractions. The house manager, Rich was very helpful and always available for directions or suggestions on which golf course was the best. I recommend this house for families.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

My family stayed at Jan's house to attend my daughter's June wedding. As my sister, brother-in-law, niece, and my mother were all attending as well, we decided hotel rooms and restaurant dining would cost way too much. So we found this home on HomeAway, contacted the wonderful owner, and reserved it for the week we were to be in Florida.
I must say we all enjoyed it immensely!! My son and his family live minutes from the house so my three year old granddaughter was able to spend lots of time in the pool. The location was perfect for us, with our assorted family members just minutes away.
We were met by Jan's property manager, who was very helpful and extremely friendly. He showed us the house and how to operate everything in it and was close by if needed.
The house is wonderful. Lovely decor, very spacious, bright, and open. Very cool bathrooms! We were all very comfortable with plenty of room which kept everyone from being on top of each other.
Orlando is only about an hour's drive away, which made my husband and kids quite happy as they spent a day at Universal's Islands of Adventure and made it back to the house at a very decent hour after a full day at the park.
Although the Palm Bay area is much more populated and crowded than it was when we left the area seven years ago, this neighborhood is quiet with little traffic in this location. There are MANY restaurants, stores, etc. in the immediate vicinity.
We have rented many vacation homes and this one was one of the best. This will certainly be on the top of our list for future visits with our Florida family!! The owner is an absolute joy to deal with. We highly recommend this property!
