Vacation, Business, Golf, Leisure in a Luxury Condo Rental - It's all right here at Vista Cay & The Isles at Cay Commons! This home-away-from-home is centrally located to all of Orlando's world famous attractions and within close distance to the Orange County Convention Center. We are only a short drive to SeaWorld, Disney and Universal Studios. Shingle Creek Golf Club is just a short walk. Other great golf courses and golf schools are within several miles. Our privately owned 4th floor home-away-from-home, serviced by two elevators has three bedrooms, two full baths with almost 1,450 sq. ft. of living space. Families, friends, business travelers or golf buddies will have plenty of room. On site amenities at the gated, resort community include swimming pools, child pool, hot tubs, a state of the art clubhouse with theater, exercise center, basketball court, game room, computer room with Internet access, meeting room, barbecues, child play areas and a 9 hole putting green.

Sea World - 1.5 miles. Disney World - 8 miles. Universal Studios - 4 miles. Orange County Convention Center - .5 miles. Closest Golf - 0.2 miles. From Orlando Int'l Airport: Take the Bee Line (SR-528) west to Exit 2, Universal Blvd. Make a right turn onto Universal and get into left lane. Make first left (directly across from Shingle Creek) into the Isles at Cay Commons. From Daytona, Tampa: Take I-4 to Exit 72, Bee Line (SR-528). Take Bee Line to Exit 2 Universal - Orangewood Blvd Exit. At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Universal Blvd. Stay in the left lane. Make the first left (directly across from Shingle Creek) into main driveway of the Isles at Cay Commons.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Confirmed Booking beyond 90 days receive a 10% discount. Please inquire.
  • A cleaning fee of $50.00 is charged to all stays less then 6 nights.

    A Booking Confirmation and Rental Agreement will be sent either via the U.S. Postal system or email. Reservations made verbally or via email will be held for 3 business days for U.S. Guests or 5 business days for International Guests.

    A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to secure any reservation. The deposit is returned within 10 business days from the departure date upon satisfactory inspection at check out.

    Payment for the condo rental is due in full at least 28 days prior to check-in date for U.S. Guests and 6 weeks for International Guests.

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Don't need all 3 bedrooms? We can lock off the rooms that you do not need. 2 bedroom discount of 10% off the rates above & the 1 bedroom discount is for up to 2 people is 20%.

My family was very happy with the accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked, the decor was beautifully done, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub was across the parking lot. The grocery store was within walking distance. The location was central to everything in Orlando. It was a 10 minute drive to Disney and a 5 minute drive to Universal. We will definitely stay here again and I'm telling all my friends about it as well. Thank you!!!
