Our stay was good, the house was big enough for us and was comfortable but a couple things would have made the stay better. We paid for the heating the hot tub but there were no instructions how to heat the hot tub. I called the owner and he asked if I paid to heat the tub and I told him I did so he gave me lock combo. We turned on the hot tub but it wasn't heating up and was cold. We couldn't figure out why the hot tub was not hot so I had to called the owner again and he told to check and turn on the thermostat. Be aware that there no telephone in the house in case there is an emergency. I got dinged for roaming charges because I had to call the owner 2 or 3 times. He was polite enough and available when I called but it would have been good if there were some instructions at the house when we arrived. Also, it would have been helpful to have some basic instructions on how to use the dishwasher, laundry faciltities, heating and air conditioning in the house rather than trying to figure it out. We did enjoy our time at house but I think attention and detail to instructions would be helpful.

Clean, Comfortable and Close to the Strip!

Our group traveled from all parts of the US to spend the weekend in Las Vegas. The owners of this house have thought of every detail to make their guest comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless and is set up in a perfect way. We especially enjoyed the backyard pool/spa and BBQ. The house is stocked with everything you and is centrally located and convenient to all the action and activities in Las Vegas. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone interested in a vacation rental.

Great Location with some shortcomings, overall good value

The house was not ready when we arrived at 3:45PM. The cleaning person had a couple of more hours of work to do, but she was very nice to be around, so it was not a real problem. The location is very good, being just a couple of miles south of the strip. Be sure to bring your own bath soap, as there was none. Also, if you use a washcloth, bring it or buy one at WalMart. There was no kleenex either. There is a lock on the control for the jacuzzi, which would have cost $25 per night to have the combination, as it was rainy and cool, it was not an issue, but it should have been listed on the posting. The light over the master bath tub and shower did not work. The master bath toilet room fan cover looks like it has never been cleaned and the light fixture was just two bare CFL bulbs. On the plus side, there is a good amount of space and we liked having a garage (note that you can only use two of the three bays). The pictures shown on VRBO are accurate. The beds are comfortable. We liked have the TVs in the bedrooms. We would recommend it to others, just understand that it is a good price and to keep expectations in line.

Perfect location, rooms and comfort

I went with 3 friends to Las Vegas to play golf.
We rented this house that was perfect. The location is very good: a few minutes from The Strip in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.
The house is very comfortable, with 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, pool table, barbecue, swimming pool, etc.. Everything you need to enjoy a great stay.
It was very clean and neat.
Thank you very much to the owners, we will recommend this house to other friends ever go to Las Vegas.

Truly a Beatiful House in Vegas!!!

8 of us had a blast in our Las Vegas trip Dec. 2011 and I was impressed when we arrived in this house. What you see in the pictures are what will you see when you get there. The house is in good condition and almost all the essential things you need are already provided.

The location of the house was perfect which is in the south side of the strip and the neighborhood is safe and clean. The strip (MGM Grand area) is around 10 to 12 minutes from the house and the airport is only 8 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants, supermarket and shopping are within 3 miles and Red Rock Canyon is just 18 miles away from this house. Garage space is plenty for you can park a maximum of 5 cars (2 inside and 3 outside). Getting a taxi from and to the house is not a problem. Plenty of Taxi companies services the area due to its closeness to the strip. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you might need to cook your meals - we cooked breakfast and dinner for 7 days and 7 nights and we have no problem with the kitchen. Plates, serving dish, pans, mugs and glass are enough to serve 12. Enough clean sheets, towels, pillows were provided and all the beds were very comfortable. The house is big and has high speed WIFI internet, cable tv (1 in living and each bedroom has 1), stereo system for you to enjoy. The pool was big enough; although we never got to use it since it was freezing cold in Vegas in December. I also think that the wooden floors are great for a vacation rental since carpets can accumulate dust and that vacation rentals are not always being used.

The house was the big reason that we enjoyed our vacation inn Las Vegas and I hope that all the guests after our stay will take good care of this house since I am definetly sure that we will go back in this house on our next Las Vegas vacation.

I definetly recommend this house to anyone!!!
