3 BR, 1 full bathroom, sleeps 6 (8 by agreement)

Woodhaven is a fairly secluded lakeside unit on 75 Ac. Pickerel Pond (Perley on maps) in Denmark. A private sandy beach is about 30' from the unit that overlooks the lake. It features a two-story high living room with large windows and a wood stove. There are two bedrooms upstairs off a balcony which overlooks the living room and the lake; downstairs is another bedroom and a full bathroom. The kitchen and bath have been remodeled recently. Wireless Internet access now available.

Winter Details: Shawnee Peak is approximately 6 miles away; snowmobile trails, including 'It's '89' are 2/10 mile away (winter season 12/15-3/15, contact for availability).

Ski: Shawnee Peak is approximately 6 miles away with ski slopes in N. Conway area or Bethel approximately an hour away.

For over forty years we and our family have enjoyed our stays at Woodhaven and Four Seasons. The privacy and quiet of Pickerel Pond is unique, yet adequate shopping and entertainment is near. The facilities are well maintained and periodically improved. We now journey from Florida to be here and wouldn't miss it!
