Sure, the furnishings probably aren't as nice as the ones you have at your home. But, what we do have is stuff that is okay, works well and best of all.…is steps from the sands of the Pacific Ocean. The house is in San Diego, at the beach, near Sea World. A 30-second walk to the ocean, and 10-seconds to the bay, on a peninsula of sand is where the house rests. * 800 Venice Court, Mission Beach, California 92109 Two bedrooms, Three baths. An attached garage. A PRIVATE ROOFTOP Deck. Full kitchen, stainless steel range/convection oven, dishwasher, granite countertops. Want to stay a week, or longer? House has its own washer and dryer, with detergent provided. * The cost, probably less than most hotel rooms.

Sea World & San Diego Zoo

Sea World Dr., Mission Bay, CA 92109 There's a reason so many San Diego visitors come here. The rides, the shows, the animals are captivating. You can touch the dolphins, get near enough to sharks to count their teeth. The rides are the equal of any you'll find in a water park. Dine on a patio while Shamu does his tricks in an adjoining pool or in an underground restaurant while sharks swim by in their aquarium home. SeaWorld is located seven miles northwest of downtown San Diego. There is ample parking or share a cab. Zoo Dr., San Diego, CA 92101, 619-231-1515 Arguably the nation's best zoo, it houses more than 4,000 animals, many in approximations of their natural habitat. Among the zoo's primary missions is to educate visitors about threatened or endangered species, and as such it is home to a number of rare animals seldom seen. It is one of only four U.S. zoos to house giant pandas. Don't miss the Monkey Trails and Forest Tales habitat, featuring endangered animals.

Some summarized details: The master bath has a large jacuzzi tub. The house is powered by a tankless water heater, which provides unlimited hot water. The second bath, in the second bedroom, has a dual shower head, slate tiled, glass enclosed, shower. The half bath, is downstairs, on the first floor where the living room and kitchen are situated together with a 50's style dining booth on one end of the room and a flat screen tv on the other. Wireless internet is provided, so bring your laptop if that applies to you. The codes for log-in, will be in the master bedroom - in the top drawer. DirecTV is the satellite provider. Three televisions total. One in the living room, and one in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a small couch, a California king sized bed, a small tv, a walk-in closet, and some bedroom furniture. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, built-in shelves, a medium sized tv, and its own bath. A laundry room, with washer & dryer, sits in between.

Museum of Photographic Arts & Wild Animal Park

El Prado, San Diego, CA 92101, 619-238-7559 One of the few (and best) museums in the U.S. dedicated entirely to the photographic arts, it traces, through exhibits and prints the history of photography. The 7,000 photographs on display - by artists such as Alfred Stieglitz, Dorothea Lange, Weegee, Ansel Adams and Irving Penn - trace photography both as art and documentary journalism, up to and including digital photography. The museum is located one mile north of downtown San Diego. There is ample parking or take a taxi or public transportation. San Pasqual Valley Rd., Escondido, CA 92027, 760-747-8702 The 3,500 animals here roam a vast, 1,800-acre habitat. They mix with one another, as they would in the wild. Visitors get to see them in an environment unlike any zoo. Watch cheetahs race like the wind across a plain, chasing a mechanical rabbit. Bring a sleeping bag and stay overnight on a lookout point above the park, from where you can see the animals' nocturnal roaming.

I'm the owner of the property and actively look to maintain a full calendar of outstanding vacationers who enjoy my home while taking great care of it on their time off. * This house is available for rent all year. The brutal, cold Winter months, November thru February, are pretty comfortable at the beach. As for easy, free entertainment while you are living at the beach: * If you visit in the winter, our tv's get all the NFL action. * If you visit in the summer, our tv's get all the Major League Baseball action. * If you get bored of sports on tv....the beach is all around you. Security deposit of $1000, the Cleaning charge of $250 is held out of the deposit which is returned to you the week after your stay.

About 99% of the time, we don't even get a chance to meet in person.
