There is a Loung area in the complex, right beside the Pool. Seating for 10 people in this shaded area overloooking the garden and pool. It's a great way to relax and have a Mexican Siesta or maybe take out your laptop and surf quietly while washing the kids at play.
Great Location:
This condo's great location is only 3 blocks to Playa’s most beautiful beaches, Mamitas Beach and Shangri•La Beach, and 2 blocks to the famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue). You have nearly immediate access to Playa del Carmen's best shopping, dining, and lively scene, but you are far enough away to maintain the serenity of your surroundings. No need for a car.... you can walk everywhere in Playa del Carmen. Taxi's are plentiful for those other excusions. The Cancun International Airport is only about 45 minutes from Playa del Carmen (30 miles). Playa has a small airport that mainly has service to Cozumel and some Mayan ruins, like Chichén Itzá and Palenque. There is also an international airport in Cozumel, from which it's easy to get to Playa del Carmen via Ferry.

Ski:
Water Ski and Water Jet Seadoos are available off the most populated beaches to rent. See Manitas or Cool Beaches. Otherwise, most of the Mexican Beaches are long, white sandy beaches unpopulated.
One of the favorite pastimes is to explore the BEACHES along the shores of the MAYAN RIVERIA, approximately 500 kilometers from Cancun to Chetumal.
Golf:
There are many Golf Courses around Playa del Carmen. Some of the Popular ones are PGA - Maya Coba, 18th hole PGA golf course (3 miles away) and Playa del Carr about 0.5 miles away.
