Fully furnished, spacious home is perfect for a large group with 4 separate apts- sleep 20 max! AC in all bedrooms. 2 three bdrm/2 ba - top floor & 2nd floor. 2 one bdrm/1 ba apts on the third floor. The 3 bedroom units have a king, queen, & full bed. Private bath off the master bedroom & hall bath for 2nd & 3rd bdrm. Kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc, living room with cable TV. 1 bedroom apt each have 2 full size beds in the bdrm, kitchenettes & sitting area with cable TV, a private bath with shower only. Rincon is famous for sunsets, beautiful beaches both for swimming and surfing, whale watching in the winter, all sorts of water activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, banana boat rides, deep sea fishing, and more! The Humpback whales come down late December to about mid-March. A real treat to see! The new Tres Palmas Marine Preserve is a great spot to go snorkeling and see some of the fantastic sea life we are famous for just feet off shore! You may be as busy or relaxed as you choose in Rincon. Various delicious restaurants await you all over town, and you may take wonderful day trips to different parts of the island. Mayaguez is 20 minutes to the south of us with shopping malls, cinemas, casinos and more. Close enough to be handy, far enough away to keep Rincon a nice little town! The Arecibo Observatory (setting for James Bond's Golden Eye and Jody Foster in Contact) and the Camuy Caves are just 1.5 hour drive, a great day trip for Wednesdays - Sundays .

Notes: There are patio tables and chairs on the covered terraces for each apartment. Each living room for the three bedrooms has space for 6, the one bedrooms have a small sitting area. There is a free, shared laundry room. There are 4 parking spaces, plus the owner owns the lot next door, so you may park along side it, if you like.

Travel here in the spring, summer, or autumn & you'll experience a quieter side of Rincon. July is busy & fun when the San Juan families come out to enjoy some beach time, but most other times you will play on almost empty beaches. Early August, the kids return to school, & it's quiet. When the winter waves are gone, Rincon enjoys some of the best snorkeling & diving in the world. Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 12 years!). Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time. Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone. The house was perfect for our family gathering (20 people). Handyman was quick to repair minor problems and the office/rent logistics were trouble-free.

Only complain was with the windows-- many did not open as the "salitre" eats away the metal... We managed well with the fans and the a/c's

As you said, the great location- just a 5 minute walk to Sandy Beach- comes with a lot of fresh, sea air! We look forward to your next visit soon!

it was perfect for a family reunion!! i would do it all over again!! 16 of us and it never felt like we were on top of each other!! it was immaculate!

We've been renting this house for several years. This is the first year you have managed the property. You have done an amazing job.
Usually in Rincon if there is an issue with a property you just deal with it for your stay - this year, while there were no issues, a light bulb went out and due to celing height we called - with in 15 min it was changed!
The remodeling is beautiful and well done.
Good Job all - substantial improvement of an already wonderful property.
