Beautiful 3 level private Breckenridge home. Located at base of Peak 8 on shuttle run that serves all slopes and rides to town. Great home for family gatherings or large groups. Fully equipped with cooking utensils and linens. Wonderful dining table that seats 12 with an additional breakfast bar that seats 6. Mountain views and inviting deck that is complete with both gas and charcoal BBQ grills. This is truly a home away from home for a comfortable vacation. This home has 3 queen beds, 2 king beds 1 full futon, 1 daybed in loft, and 2 sleeper sofas, and 1 crib . The master bedroom has a private bathroom and the remaining 3 bathrooms are separate private bathrooms not attached to any of the bedrooms. The gameroom has a wet bar, pool table & foosball, plus TV, DVD, CD player, and games. The living area has TV, DVD,CD player, inviting leather couches & chairs. Wireless internet, local telephone service, and a fireplace !! You will not want to leave this wonderful home!

The quiet neighborhood and spacious front and backyard are wonderful for families to enjoy whether you are making snowmen in the winter months or basking in the sunshine in the summer months. To reserve and hold a reservation:: Request a contract, provide your mailing address, telephone number, Fax, number and e-mail. After completing and signing your contract ,send your check for the amount designated along with a second check for the refundable damage deposit. Return signed contract and checks to Ski Hill Property Management. Your dates will be reserved and blocked after the check has cleared.

Payments required to reserve dates: One half of the total rental fee is due immediately to block a reservation. Then the other half will be due 30 days prior to arrival. If your desired dates are 45 days or closer the entire rental is collected with the signed contract.

We had 15 in our party (8 of them were 15 year old boys). The house was perfect! We all had plenty of room and the boys enjoyed just hanging out downstairs. The shuttle is just down the street (however in ski boots ... it is a bit of a walk). Great kitchen accomodations, plenty of bathrooms, and overall nice furnishings.
