Nautical Watch is located in a small 81 unit Gulf-front complex on the East end of the beach and is geared towards a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. You can park in front of the condo and walk up the stairs to your unit.
Our poolside unit overlooks a beautiful courtyard with a completely renovated pool that is heated in the winter months. The courtyard has charcoal grills for that perfect barbecue. The courtyard has all new sod and a new lighting system. Our condo is just a few short steps to the beautiful white sandy beach and Emerald water.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit has a tile floor in the living room, kitchen, hall and bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and the floor is carpeted. The loft bedroom is carpeted and has twin beds. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD and has mirrored walls. There are three ceiling fans. The balcony has deck furnitre.
The checkin is very simple. We do not use keys. You simply press 4 digits on the door knob and the door unlocks. The door knob will automatically lock when the door is closed. A few days before your trip we will provide you with the code for the door. When you leave, just close the door and it will lock. In case the battery for door knob goes dead, we have a key in the lockbox on the left side of the door.
Why stay in a high rise condo with a crowded pool and beach when you can stay in a small family complex. Our complex has a very nice pool and courtyard with a lot of palm trees. We have plenty of chairs and tables and the beach is not crowded. The courtyard was recently updated with new sod and a new lighting system. This will greatly enhance the beauty of the courtyard.

This is a picture of my wife (Billie) and three of our grandchildren - Easton (age 5) on the left, Emily (age 8) in the middle, Harris (age 5) in the green shirt and me (Jim Armstrong). We have 5 children and 10 grandchildren. All of them really enjoy going to the condo and we know you and your children/grandchildren will enjoy it as well.

Our number one reason for buying our condo was to have a place at the beach for us and our children/grandchildern to visit. The second reason for buying our condo is that Panama City Beach has the world's most beautiful beaches. Our third reason is that it is close (400 miles) to our home. Panama City Beach is a place we never get tired of visiting and we go there at least 4 times a year. Our fourth reason for buying our condo is hopefully make enough money to pay the expenses and maybe make a small profit.
We think of our condo as our home away from home. Although it is not fancy, it is very comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoy walking on the beach and enjoying the beautiful view. We also enjoy relaxing at the pool and enjoying the wonderful landscaped courtyard. Also, there are some great restaurants that serve delicious food at moderate prices. We also enjoy doing business with local people because they do wonderful work at reasonable prices. Most of them will readily take a check on our out of town bank.
My wife and I stayed in this condo for the second time this year. We brought some of our young adults from church. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice, clean and updated. The pool is nice and it doesnt hurt you are on the beachside. I would happily stay here at any time.
The condo was updated nicely & was clean. I did like the fact that the unit has a key pad lock instead of having a key to keep up with. The only thing I didn't like about the complex is the beach chair umbrella business taking up all the prime beach front spots. We felt like if you didn't rent from them & choose to use your own beach chairs then they are going to penalize you by putting you behind their big chairs & umbrellas. It really hindered the view of the ocean. We walked 1 1/2 miles each morning down the beach both ways and noticed that most complexes had their chairs & umbrellas back enough so others could enjoy the view. I'd think it would be fair if they left some spaces in front of the complex for those that don't rent from them a chance to enjoy the view. The complex itself is very well maintained & clean. It was nice sitting out by the pool while grilling. The pool is pristine! Mr Jim is very nice to rent from. I'd recommend this unit to my friends.
We had an awesome time at your rental..traveled down for springbreak with the kids...the place was in excellent condition. I had trouble climbing the stairs bcuz I have arthritis but it was good excersise. We made plenty of videos just hanging out at the condo having a good time..it was a little cool outside....will definitely rent again
Just what we needed. The condo is so nice and clean. Jim and Billie could not have been more attentive to our needs. A short walk through the parking lot and you are on the beach! The pool and courtyard are so tranquil and serene. I would highly recommend this condo for all seeking peace at the beach.
My husband and I came down to PCB to spend time with our grandkids and stayed in this condo. It was very nice and roomy with all the conveniences of home. The beds were wonderful! Nice view overlooking the pool (It was a bit chilly for the pool). Jim was very nice and called to make sure we made it safely. I would highly recommend this condo when traveling to PCB.
