Royal Palm Bay Condominium Complex is located in sunny Kissimmee Florida, Minutes to Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Gaylord Palms Convention Center, restaurants and shopping. The large living room/dining area boasts cathedral ceilings, sofa bed and love seat. Cable TV with VHS/DVD player , and dining table with 6 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need. The laundry area has full capacity washer and dryer. Towels and linens are provided. The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, TV with cable, private bath, lovely private balcony with table and chairs. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and cable TV. The complex is beautifully landscaped with manicured ponds and fountains. The clubhouse has a gym, sauna, pool table, tennis, volley ball courts, BBQ area, a heated in-ground pool and jacuzzi, and children's playground. Too much to list.

Wonderful vacation home

This condo was wonderful, it was very clean, quiet and had lots of room for our family of 4, Booking was very easy and picking up and dropping off keys was a breeze, no hassles at all!!!, even leaving at 5AM, there was someone at the rental place to take our keys, they are open 24 hours a day. All the amenities of home to be able to cook and wash our swimsuits. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who does not want to be right on the strip and does not mind a short drive to Disney, Universal Studios, even the Titanic experience and Wet and Wild. Restaurants such as Logans Steakhouse, Applebees, CiCi's Pizza the worlds largest McDonalds and many others, Publix grocery, Walgreens, Nike outlet and lots of other outlet malls for shopping, great first time vacation in Florida!!!! thanks a bunch!!

My family with 2 kids stayed here for 10 days. The condo was close to restaurants, grocery stores and all of the attractions that we went to. Condo was clean and had everything that we needed ie dishes, towels etc. Kids liked having their own rooms with tv's. Management company was great.

When we got to magical memories to collect the keys, the condo was not ready for 4pm check in, we had to wait 4 plus hours after driving 8hrs. that was the only negative thing. the condo was just like home everything to a family of 7's comfort. the patio set was not available but that was ok because it rain so much. overall loved the condo but please change from magical memories, they are bad. thanks again guys, I'll deffinately stay there again if i visit florida
Owner's Response: I am very sorry that you had a late check in. According to my management company, there had been bad storms and lost power. The patio set is in storage, all the condos were given new decks, and they can't seal them till the rain stops, but I'm very glad that you loved the condo. Come back anytime, and 1 night is on us.

Great Fun! Great Price!

This was a great place for the price and location. Minutes away from eating and shopping. Disney only 15 minutes away. Had a great time and plenty of room for my family of 8. The club house was a great place to hang out and get valuable information. The pool and hot tub area was very clean and great fun. The grill was a nice bonus. Picnic area and play ground for the kids near pool area.
Had one problem with the washer, maintenance was on top of it, had the problem fixed in a day. Thank you.
This is the upper level. So if you have problems climbing stairs, this is not the condo for you. Not handicap accessible.

The location was great for visiting parks and having a quiet place to relax after a busy day.

The layout of the condo was wonderful. Property and condo was clean. Owner provide us with good customer service.

Pool complex and hot tub very nice. For the price it was a great deal.
