Outside: The outside is beautiful with great landscape, lower deck overlooking the water 30 feet away. There is a 6 Person HOT TUB on this level with a great view of the lake. You have use of a canoe, paddles, life jackets and dock. Fun relaxing place used for swimming, boating, fishing and other water activities. A natural stone wall running down both sides of the steps leading to water and at the base of the water adds charm to this unique setting. Water is clean and fun noises abound throughout the lake. There is a 6 ft. raft and you may bring with you any toys you have.
Living Area: Living area consists of living room, kitchen, and dinning area with a mix of wall to wall carpeting and ceramic tile. You will see a view of the lake from every window in these areas including the kitchen. There are two large couches,and love seat ,which all have recliners, they are plush, comfortable, and new.. Oversized sliders lead to the deck a few feet away which boasts a view of 180 degrees. This is an absolute gorgeous top 10 view on the entire lake. There is a gas fireplace with no mess and a large screen t.v. as well. All rooms in the entire house are very tastefully decorated and very clean. All rooms throughout the house are carpeted except the bathrooms which are tiled and have hairdryers built in. Ceiling fans made of ceramic also add charm.
Homesite: This entire home and setting is hard to beat . A view that wont quit, clean water, dock, comfortable surroundings, many things to do, romantic and peaceful. Excellent for kids and adults alike. Once you spend time here you will not want to leave.
Golf: There is a nine hole course just 10 minutes away on the other side of the second lake which is plush lush and green with huge old trees. It sits on what was once farmland and is a combination of hills and flat stretches. Very nice and you will enjoy it, cheap too. There are also numerous courses within a 40 mile radius that are all very nice as well.
