It is perfectly located between the Gulf and the Sound, bordering miles of national seashore with nature at its finest. Tennis courts and pool are onsite, with nearby fine dining and shopping. Pensacola beach is a unique barrier island, with the whitest beaches anywhere in the country - ideal for long, uninterrupted runs, swimming, surfing, kite-flying, dolphin viewing, shelling and fishing. At times you'll feel like you have the beach to yourself as we are located right on the national seashore. Our townhome borders the Gulf and the Sound - the best of both worlds. We are 3 hrs from New Orleans with all its festivals and incredible restaurants. Destin, just 45 minutes away, is great for shopping and also Seaside village with it's unique charm. Pensacola has wonderful museums and a lovely downtown, including Seville square with it's nightlife and music. The navel air museum is a must see, and home to 'the Blue Angels' who fly over the beach in July and Nov from the nearby base. Our location is only a 15 min drive from Pensacola airport, and 1 hr from Ft. Walton. The beach itself hosts many festivals and nightly music including the weekly summer concerts 'blues on the beach.'

Notes: Everything you could want is there to make your stay enjoyable. Our top of the line sound system can be enjoyed on the deck and the bedrooms. Cookbooks are there to help you make your gourmet meals in the granite and stainless kitchen. Our past guests have left notes in our guestbook that it was the nicest place they've stayed and would all like to return. Even the old style panel doors with sea glass knobs evoke an 'I’m at the beach feel'. With the vessel sinks in the baths and walk in shower, you feel like you are at are in a 5 star environment. You truly will love your beach experience!

This is an absolutely beautifully decorated condo which feels like home the minute you walk in--from comfortable beds to cozy furniture. Immaculate. A TV in every room. Water views from every window. Perfectly situated between the Gulf and Pensacola Bay. Finding a place in the sun or shade was never a problem with porches on both the front and back of the unit. Pensacola's white sand beaches are legendary along with the history of Ft. Barrancas, Ft. Pickens and the Navy base--headquarters for the Blue Angels. Their weekly performance was a highlight of our stay along with the Naval Museum.
