A lovely ocean view apartment at the Maralago Villa, the most sought after location in Palmas del Mar. The Maralago Villa features two swimming pools, heated Jacuzzi, gym, and concierge service. The apartment is a penthouse which can be accessed by elevator. It has one main covered terrace, and two balconies not covered where you can sit enjoy the sun and be enchanted by the view of the Caribbean and lovely mountains. Large (2,200 sq ft.) and beautifully furnished, the apartment has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed and Jacuzzi. The second bedroom is a lockout type room with a full bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchenette, a Queen bed, large bath, and 2 cable TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Additional information about rental rates

  • We have a special rate for the Lock Out Room which consist of a Queen Bed, Cable TV, Bathroom, microwave, shower, Walking Closet, Coffee maker, balcony with view to the lake and the National Forest. We also have a ottoman (additional one single bed). The room can occupy a total of 3 persons plus a baby crib. This Lock Out Room is a typical Hotel Room, but with more amenities. The rate per night starting December 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009 is $150. See section of photos and make reference to photo that indicates Lockout Room with Queen size bed. If you would need additional information please call Mr. Louis Rosado-Viana at 787-503-6939.
  • We accept major Credit Cards payments.
    A pick up from the airport can be arrange at extra cost.
    Golf Car rental at $30.00 daily.
    Maid service can be arrange at $30.00 per day. If maid service is arrange no Cleaning fee will be charge.
    25 kilowatts of electricity consumption allowance per day is included. If you pass the limit allowance you will paid the difference at a rate of .29 cents per kilowatt.

  • The Main part of the Villa has two bathroom, one for visitors and the other is located at the Master bedroom. The Lockout room has its own bathroom with tub shower, bidet, toilet and hand washer desk top.

  • The Villa is divided in two main spaces. The main part of the Villa is composed of one living room, a dining room, kitchen with all the utilities of oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, wine storage area and kitchen utilities. It also has a Master Bed room with a King size bed, Jacuzzi, and at the Master Room you have a balcony with view to the lake and golf course. There is also a family room with Cable TV and a double size sofa. The Villa also has its main Balcony and terrace with a view to the Caribbean Sea, Lake and Pools. This part of the Villa is being rented December 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009 for $250/night or $1,500 a week. Accommodates 4. The Lockout Room is a typical hotel room with extra amenities. It has a Queen size bed, cable TV, microwave, a small refrigerator, Hand wash area, a walking closet, bathtub, bathroom, balcony with view to the lake and the National forest. Its renting starting December 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009 for $150/night. Accommodates 3.

Car Rental:: Do I rent a car or not?: Quite a few people ask me 'what's the best way to get to Palmas Del Mar from the San Juan Airport?' and 'do I need a car?' The answer is 'it depends if you want to just stay in Palmas the whole week or venture outside of Palmas to visit the rest of the Island', because financially, it's almost a toss-up between a car and an airport shuttle. Most shuttles that service Palmas Del Mar charge $20 a head to pick you up in San Juan International and take you to Palmas. Hence, a family of four should expect to pay $160.00 for the round trip to and from the airport to Palmas. But, a full-size rental car thru Orbitz or Travelocity will be $225 to $275 a week, plus it will give you flexibility to travel around the Island or make day trips to Old San Juan, the rain forest, the Bacardi distillery in Cataño and restaurants outside Palmas such as El Isleño in Cupey and El Tenedor in Juncos.
