Peoria Vacation Rental house

My son was playing in a baseball tournament in both Peoria and Surprise. This home was conveniently located between the 2. We were so happy to be staying in a house when the rest of our team was staying in a hotel. Everything was very nice looking and comfortable for our family of 4 and our dog. There were so many extra touches, it's hard to list them all. The house was stocked with books, movies, games, and water toys...even sun screen. Everything was in great working condition. Sandy was easy to work with, and went out of her way to make our stay easy. Basha's is a very nice grocery store nearby, and the pizza place in the same mall is the best. Renting this house was best vacation decision I could have ever made.

My wife and I just returned from a relaxing week at this wonderful home. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay because the home is in a very quiet area with everything we needed within a short driving distance. The home was nicely decorated, very well kept and clean. It was well supplied with all necessities, and is especially well equipped for families. (i.e. games and movies for all ages, pool toys etc. - wish the grandkids had come along!) Even some basics in the cupboards and refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and the hot tub after a day of golfing or shopping. We appreciated Sandy's immediate response when there was problems with the pool; she had the pool man there that afternoon within hours of our concern. The outdoor covered patio was a great way to relax and enjoy the Arizona weather with just enough shade and sunshine to enjoy the pool at all times day or night. We enjoyed grilling and ate many of our breakfast and meals at our leisure out on the patio. Comfortable Queen bed in the master bedroom with a walk in closet - we are used to a king bed, but it was fine. Comfortable furniture and great TV and sound system - we watched the D-Back games and never had to fight crowds or parking. If you have an hour or so be sure to check out the Challenger Space Center only 10 minutes away, it was very educational and interesting for both adults and children. If I could think of anything to add, would be a chaise lounge chair to nap outdoors. I would certainly recommend this rental home. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time during our stay in Peoria. The house was wonderful, clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The pool and patio area are very private and it is lovely to sit in the mornings with a coffee and watch the humming birds in the garden. It is a very quiet neighbourhood with little traffic. Great location for days out. Email correspondence was fast and efficient. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat! Thank you.
