Just one block from the beach, this newly renovated condo is situated in the heart of historic Lauderdale by the Sea. Enjoy the pristine white sandy beaches, fishing pier and water sports. This area offers an abundance of unique shops and restaurants, all within a short walk. This fully furnished condo features gorgeous hardwood floors, marble tiled baths, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The unit has a master suite with two queen beds, plasma cable TV, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bath. The living room has a large pull out couch that comfortably sleeps two, a flat screen cable TV, CD player and balcony. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. A wonderful park is just across the street, with tennis, basketball courts, and a great playground for the kids. The unit has designated parking with guest spaces available. We have access to a pool at the hotel, please inquire when making your reservation.

The condo was really comfortable, clean and updated. The location to the beach was great (walking distance) and also to the restaurants.

My only comment is that the bedroom fan is noisy. And they could really use WI-FI there.
