Snow Skies, Saucers and Snowboards. For the single romantic couple, the family vacation, or the group retreat, you can’t find a more relaxing and quiet place to think and get back to nature without giving up the comforts of home. This home has a cozy, warm gas fireplace for the winter and a nice breeze off the lake in the summer. This fully stocked gourmet kitchen is ready with spices, pans, and cooking tools to help make your kitchen time fun and easy. You choice of paper, corelle, china, crystal, brass, or silver. Lounge around the house with good books. Play board games by night, form the chest of games or sport games by day, all of the equipment is in the garage. Watch one of the 4 HDTVs with hundreds of channels. Walk, hike or stroll and enjoy watching the wild life.

  • Get away with out the kids, 1 Bedroom, special, $250/night Holidays not included.
  • $20 Booking Fee
    Security deposit $250 is required
    Extra security deposit of $250 is required for pets.
    $10,000 monthly rate except August and December.

    Cleaning Deposit MUST BE PAID BY CHECK This is fully refundable if nothing is broken, ruined, destroyed or unnecessarily dirty. The cleaner you leave it the less likely you will have any extra charges. Refund check will be sent soon after check out. $125 charge if electronics and furniture needs to be moved back in place, or reconnected by us. I agree to pay for removal of stains on bed linens, towels, etc that my group causes, at the cost of $20 per hour. I will call if I find any stains on these items when I arrive.
    Cancellation & Refund Policy No refund for cancellations within 30 days of reservation date. Any and all refunds, less credit card costs and all other costs, will be mailed after clean up and repairs are completed. I agree to pay $70 plus any legal and/or filing fees in.

  • Each bathroom has plenty of towel racks for extra towels. There is wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom. Under the sink in the 1st floor bathroom is a kids stool to help reach the sink. Both liquid and bar soap are available. Under each sink are yellow towels for jacuzzi and beaches and after playing in the snow .

  • Electric blankets on all but twin beds and lofts. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Quilts and blankets galore. Master Bedroom has private deck with spa for two (Adults Only), and the bathroom is wonderful. The lofts are only available upon request at $25 per loft per visit (not per day). This is just to cover the additional cleaning and laundry. They are normally locked.

Security Deposit: $250.00 This is fully refundable if nothing is broken, ruined, destroyed or exceptionally dirty. Cleaning service is $40/hour. The cleaner you leave it the less likely you will have any extra charges. Refund made as quickly as possible after check out.. $250.00 Additional for pets. You must clean up the poo from your animals, both in the back yard and all around the house and dock and beach. You must remove the dog or cat hair from all linens and quilts and furniture. There are 6 pet pads in the house. Use them. Repair or expect to compensate for any damage they may cause. Please be sure to take at least 3 towels per animal to dry each of them as they get wet and dirty. Please, no cat litter in the toilets.

Reservation/Date Holding Deposit: Reservation Holding Terms Payment in full is required at time of order unless you make arrangements at time of booking. A nonrefundable deposit of 20% is required.to hold any reservation.

Ski: There are 4 Snowboards and at least 9 sets of skies in the garage. We do NOT supply boots. You could try cross country skiing from the house if you like a good work out.

Golf: There is a nice golf course in Big Bear Lake. One set of golf clubs is provided in the garage.

We had a wonderful time -- especially with the 4 inches of snow that fell Saturday. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfect. The view was beautiful to us Texans from the Gulf Coast who are used to flat land and lots of humidity. It was a great three days.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend! The house was immaculate. The views were impressive and the ski lifts were 5 minutes away. Great dining and a fun atmosphere really added to the enjoyment.

We had a fantastic stay for 5 Nights over the Christmas Holidays. The house is great! You've really thought of everything, holiday decorations and all. Very clean, beds clean, everything clean! We liked it so much, we're coming back in Feb for more snowboarding & Aug for the Summer plunge and swim out to the Island.
