CUTE TWO BEDROOM ON BEACH BLOCK - 806 DELANCEY PLACE

I have been visiting Ocean City for over 25 years and I would highly recommend this apartment. The listing was very accurate in terms of the amenities and layout. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated (felt like a beach house). The porch looks small but there is plenty of room for 4 people to sit outside. A plus is that the furniture is clean and there is good lighting on the porch. The bedrooms are good size. The kitchen is a little small but the appliances were clean and worked well…including toaster oven and microwave. There was a lot of shelf space to store food and other items. There were plenty of serving dishes, eating utensils, and cooking utensils. The only thing I would mention is that if you like to cook a lot, you might want to bring a colander and a frying pan. There is one frying pan but it is rather small.

The owners provided many extras in terms of paper products and cleaning supplies. We always bring our own but it is nice to have extras in case we run out or forget something.

It was very nice that the owners are in the city during the summer. We had a question about the key and a minor problem with the outdoor shower. They took care of both very quickly. They were very friendly before, during, and after our rental time. I would definitely rent this property again.

The location is great. The one thing I would mention in case you are not familiar with Ocean City is that this apartment is located on one of the few streets that is a one-way street and does not have an alley behind it. As with most apartments on this street, there is no off-street parking at this property. There is a no parking section right in front, so we were able to unload and then park the car elsewhere.
