Fall weekends - 375 a night, less for 1 or 2 couples during fall. Multi-Generational Family Reunion Home/Cottage. First St beach access (small beach) directly kitty corner across st approx. 275 ft Sleeps up to 3 or 4 families comfortably. Several public beaches with 2 miles on North Shore Drive. Fire pit in back yard. Beautiful veranda with views of Lake Michigan. There are 2 bikes if you choose to ride to the N Beach, S Beach or town. Large yard with lots of parking. Top level features 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms-king beds. The living rm features a queen size pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen & dining room include a garbage disposal, dishwasher & gas stove. There is a large table with seating for eight. There are 2 full-size bathrooms on this floor along with a fireplace. 3 LCD TVs. The lower level features a full size bathroom, bedroom w/ full size bunk beds and twin trundle. Bedroom space with a queen size Murphy bed, family rm area

Additional information about rental rates

  • $3,975 per week Peek/Off Season $375 less for one or two couples
  • 50% down to confirm reservation at the time a reservation is made. If we do not receive your deposit with the contract within 7 days after the contract is sent, your reservation will be canceled. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. A $500 security deposit is required. The security deposit is returned to you 30 days after departure if cottage is left clean (exception beds and bathrooms), undamaged, household items in place and check out prompt.

    Will accept credit cards through PayPal for an additional $50 fee.

    No refund of deposit given unless the unit can be re-rented at the same rate for that period.

    Check-In: Saturday after 4:00 p.m. EST
    Check-Out: Saturday prior to 10:00 a.m.

    No Proms or Underage Events/Bachelor Parties! Home is in family residential area, no fireworks! You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
  • Will accept credit card payments through PayPal for an additional $75.

A great place to stay near the beach. Barrie has done a marvellous job of renovation with luxurious details. The veranda is a great place to relax near Lake Michigan.

Great Family Getaway with Children!

Wow, what a week of fun in the sun. This location was everything we could ask for. The teenagers were able to ride bikes to the North Beach while us "older" family members went across the street. Plenty of room for all of us (14), plus Lake Michigan views from almost every window! Swimming, fires in the backyard and sandcastles! We enjoyed it so much that we are planning another week!

We had a wonderful stay! The beach was so close and the Lake Michigan views were wonderful! Although the teenagers in the group bike rode to the North Beach! This home is set up with two levels, the lower was great for the kids and the top level was nice for the adults! Fantastic having three king size beds that were comfortable. The Golden Brown Bakery was great for breakfast and donuts! We loved everything. Each night we gathered by the firepit! Thank you again, Barrie! We will definately be back!
