Free Wi-Fi is available in common areas such as the clubhouse, pool deck and library. Wi-Fi access is available inside condo offered by the town of Ocean City via the 'Sunset Island Community Internet' unsecured wireless network; guests can purchase access on a daily or weekly basis; prices as of 7/6/12 are $8.49 for 1 day; $16.49 for 2 days; $23.49 for 3 days, and $39.49 for 1 week. We recommend guests to reboot their computer before connecting to the Sunset Island Community Internet and please note if you experience a weak connection you should try moving to a different location in the condo for better connectivity.

Facility passes include passes for up to 6 family members to access clubhouse & pools (additional passes can be purchased by guest at $70/ea during high season and $35/ea during off season); and 1 garage parking permit & 1 clam shell parking permit (parking for two vehicles). If guest wants to bring more than two vehicles they will have to park the extra vehicle(s) on 67th street at the entrance to the Island.
[3] Are linens and towels included?
Guests must bring their own linens and towels or arrange to rent them from Ocean City Bath and Linen.

[7] How far is the Ocean City beach from the condo and is it free?
The actual ocean beach is a short walk of about a 1/4 mile and yes it's FREE and does not requires passes or beach tags. Also, it should be noted that in 2012 the OCMD beach made the top 10 list (#6) of the cleanest water in the nation (Jersey beaches didn't even make the list).
[8] Does the condo include daily maid service?
No. But we can give you the number to our cleaning service and a special cleaning schedule can be arranged for an additional expense.
[9] Where is the nearest market to pickup supplies?
Right outside the condo is the Island market located under the clock tower but their prices may seem high; we recommend walking over to the 64th street market which will have everything you need at a reasonable price. Of course there is always the Super Fresh market at 94th street bay side - just a few minute drive.
[10] Where is the best place to park when visiting the boardwalk?
Don't weave in and out of all the side streets! That's way too stressful! The best and easiest way to visit the boardwalk is to take costal highway all the way to the end, say LEFT and just before it LOOP around you can turn RIGHT and swing into the OC municipal parking lot; You'll park at the end of the boardwalk and will not have to fight for a parking spot!

[13] How do we rent a boat slip / or rent a boat or Jet Ski?
Advanced Marine, who shares the marina with Sunset Island, manages the Sunset Island boat slip rentals. Advanced Marine has its own slips too. So you might want to ask about them to compare prices. Their phone number is 410-723-2124.
It makes sense to go through Advanced Marine since they have a lot to store your trailer and they have a boat lift to put your boat in the water. You are not allowed to bring your boat trailer onto Sunset Island. Advanced Marine also has boat and jet ski rentals!
