House details: At the back of the house, a fixed, covered wooden dock with two boat slips, and terraced stone walk way, provides easy access to Lake Keowee a popular place for boating, fishing, water-skiing, swimming, picnicking, and camping, with over 18,000 acres of water and a 300 mile shoreline lined with million dollar homes and expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Bring your own boat (there is a community boat ramp) or rent our 24’ pontoon which makes the perfect party barge or peaceful sightseeing boat. Enjoy the Tiki deck and hot tub and beautiful forested views. Inside the house, the upstairs Games room overlooks the Great Room below. There are two separate suites of bedrooms, separated by the Game room with a beautiful pool table. The first suite has two bedrooms: both are spacious, beautifully decorated and have queen beds and their own private sitting areas, and a bathroom. The second suite has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and sitting area, and

the other bedroom with bunk beds (one full bed with one twin atop) and a separate bathroom. This setup is perfect for multi-families or when privacy is desired. The main floor has a large, gourmet kitchen complete with modern stainless steel appliances, dishes, cuttlery, everything else one could think of and a huge dining table. Another large table is adjacent to this on the outdoor patio deck by the propane BBQ. The indoor dining area is adjacent to the Great Room which features a beautiful stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings. It has breathtaking views over the lake and woods on the side of house viewed through the floor to ceiling picture windows. The Master Bedroom is located on the main floor with it's luxurious king sized bed, views over the lakes, its own entrance to the outside deck, and its own private luxury spa bathroom, complete with separate shower, jacuzzi tub and his 'n her vanities.

Lower Level: The downstairs lower level is complete with its own kitchen, dining area, living room and access via the patio doors to the back deck with an outdoor dining area and pond. The lower level also has three large bedrooms. One bedroom is queen sized and has its own access to the beautiful pond outside the back door, one bedroom is queen sized and has its own entrance to the back deck, and one bedroom has bunk beds (a full sized bed with a twin atop). There is a spacious bathroom with a shower and tub shared by the three bedrooms. If you are having a wedding, family reunion, large company gathering or just getting together with friends, this is the perfect location for you to stay and relax.
