Description of the Hancock vacation cottage rental
Fish in your own New York State Class “A” stocked trout stream and skiing is only 7 minutes away at Jiminy Peak. In addition to Jiminy Peak there is great skiing, boarding, tubing and lots more special events and activities at nearby Bousqet in Pittsfield, Catamount in Hillsdale and Butternut Basin in Great Barrington - plus exceptional cross-country and snowshoeing at Canterbury Farm in Becket. Half hour from Albany; 2.5 hours from Boston and NYC. Easy access to Mass Pike, New York Thruway or Taconic Parkway. People who have stayed here, come back again and again.

Monthly rental is 4 weeks and does not need to start on the first of the month. Please contact owner for additional rental rates. Pets considered for rentals of 2 weeks or greater. A pet service charge will be charged.
$200 refundable damage deposit.
Maximum of 3 unrelated adults.
Military discount, Retired 10%, Active duty 15 %. -
Reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. Credit cards via PayPal accepted.
Cancellation policy:
-Greater than 14 days of arrival, 20% reservation processing fee, less than 14 days no refund.
-Active duty military, full refund up to 7 days, 5% reservation processing fee up to 48 hours before arrival, less than 48 hours 25%, with a copy of orders.
