This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Travis and the abundance of deer and other wildlife. The Demarett Cherub is only about 12 blocks from a beautiful 50 acre waterfront park with 2 boat ramps. It is a short drive to tennis courts, junior olympic swimming pool, floating restaurant, and Point Venture's 9 hole golf course. A freshly remodeled townhouse with lake and golf course views!
