Located on 30 acres of skillfully maintained grounds, surrounded by banyans, banana trees, Plumeria and Hibiscus, this cozy town home is only 50 yards from the ocean. Within this gated community you can stroll the grounds, swim in one of the three pools (one of which is ocean-side), play tennis, walk into Lahaina town to shop or enjoy one of the many wonderful restaurants, and still enjoy the quiet and privacy of this gated community when you return. Our beautifully decorated town home is ideal for families but is also perfect for the romantic getaway. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, while the loft sleeps 3 or4 in the two twin beds and queen bed. room sofa Fully air-conditioned, the house has all of the comforts of home. After a day of whale watching, exploring, snorkeling, hiking, biking, or shelling, return to Puamana to watch the vibrant sunset from the veranda of the historic Plantation Clubhouse or ocean pool.

Puamana is truly a hidden treasure within Lahaina, Maui. Perfect weather, blazing sunsets, its serene, tropical location is still within proximity to the action of the historic whaling village of Lahaina Town and all it has to offer. The best shopping, fine dining, (and of course 'Hamburgers in Paradise'), art galleries, clubs and coffee shops just minutes away. Explore the hidden trails and waterfalls, watch the whales from the clubhouse lanai while you sip a cool drink at sunset (or sunrise). Horseback riding and hiking the fascinating crater of Haleakala is an all time favorite for some. Of course a trip to Maui would not be complete without exploring the road to Hana and the marvelous sights along the way. Fruit vendors and waterfalls await you. The perfect location whether you arrive in Puamana for relaxation, adventure or romance (or all of the above). You will love this flower laden community with old mango and banana trees. Four tennis racquets and balls are available for singes and doubles. Parking availabe near unit entrance. This is a one story unit, 30-1 located at the quiet north end of the 30 acre gated complex. There is no one above us and no elevators or mulit level parking structures to navigate.

The Townhome: Your experience staying in Puamana will be different from that of a high rise condo. It truly feels as though you are at home as you can walk out your front door and head for a stroll on the beach, one of three pools, the old whaling town of Lahaina, or just stroll the beautiful grounds under the mango and palm trees. The unit has a large King bedroom and loft upstairs with a queen and two twin beds, as well as a TV and AC. Wireless internet and a wireless printer are available.

The Property: Gated community with 3 pools, tennis court, badminton and beautifully remodeled Clubhouse with a library, piano room, and wifi connection. Perfect for children and yet still quiet and romantic for a getaway without them! You can hop on a bike, or walk into town but will soon want to return to your quiet, sunny, comfortable retreat with your favorite beverage on the lanai or by the Ocean pool watching the surfers and sunset.

Fabulous Townhouse in Lahaina

This townhouse is located in a wonderful spot just a short walk to downtown Lahaina. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and wished we could have stayed longer. The property was extremely homey and comfortable. We enjoyed dining out on the back patio in the evenings and then taking a stroll into Lahaina for some ice cream. We are already planning our return trip in 2011!

Cheryl and Dave are wonderful people to rent from. They made our stay so easy.

Cozy place to stay near Lahaina

This is the perfect townhome for a couple with 2-3 children. The location is perfect. It's possible to walk or bike to town. The kids have pools, beach, and even surfing right on the premesis. We found everything we needed for cooking. Each evening we took some hors douvres and champagne to the patio area and enjoyed a lingering sunset. This townhome is "old Hawaii" style rather than highrise glitz. We loved it.

Dave and Cheryl, We had such a great time at your Puamana home. The location was perfect. It's so close to town yet so quiet. We loved having a wonderful spot to watch the sun set every night. We could bring along our hors d'ouvres and champagne. We loved watching the surfers and even spent an afternoon at the property's beach and were able to watch a mother whale playing with her baby. It was magic.

getaway. I am a repeat guest and look forward to my
stay every year. Just steps from the ocean, fragrant
plumeria trees, amazing sunsets, in a quiet
neighborhood- I couldn't ask for anything more.
