Arrival:
Upon arrival you will be greeted by our representative. ( please have identification) He will provide you with two sets of keys and familiarize you with the properties amenities,also you will be provided with a local map and contact number in the event you should have any questions.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Check in time for weekends and holidays will be 5pm
check out time is 10am
Payment - payments may be made by bank check, money order, or bank transfer. Holiday
reservations made more than 31days prior to arrival require 50% deposit with balance
paid in full 30days before arrival. Reservations made 30 days or less require payment
in full at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy- cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival we will issue
a full refund. 30-15 days before arrival we will transfer to some other time during
the season. 14 days or less before arrival, no refund or transfer. However, we will
attempt to rebook property. If property is rebooked in full we will transfer balance
to another time with in the season.
Damage Deposit- A damage deposit of $750.00 is required.The deposit will be returned by mail shortly after departure in no damage has occurred. If a accident does occurr please notify the representative during your stay.
Amenitites:
Daily house keeping is available at $25.00 per hour.
We have a chef available to prepare meals for an intimate dinner or party . Advance notice necessary. Call for details
