This is a huge 6700 sq ft home, just for the kids and grandparents to enjoy. The Game Room has enough for young and old. The pool is the largest in Havasu. A kidney shape with Basketball and 2 Waterslides, The Jacuzzi is in the center connecting the Lap pool for the younger ones. Great out door picnic area with tables, steam tables, BBQ, fridge and sink. The Arizona Room has a Ping-Pong table, Sauna, sitting area for those who just want to watch the kids.

We enjoyed staying in this rental - there was plenty of space and lots of things to do. The game room and pools were enjoyed by all. Lots of beds and bathrooms available to accommodate our family. We also appreciate the efforts of Red & Theresa to make this place more accessible for our son who is confined to a wheelchair.

Your House Is AMAZING!

Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful house for the weekend. We were all blown away by how nice it truly is! These pictures definitely sold us on the place, but as soon as we walked in the door we all realized that your pictures don't do it justice. It was even more amazing than we could have expected! The description you gave was dead on as well, this house was well furnished, and certainly sleeps 30 people no problem. I would love to make this a yearly trip. I would also recommend this property for any large group, whether it's family or friends, you will not be disappointed here.
