This lovely condo is located on one of the prettiest beaches in the Tampa-St. Petersburg, Fl area. The master bedroom and living area overlooks a 10x30ft open balcony on the Gulf. Everywhere you move in this unit is New: 20 in. floor tiles, new carpet in bedrooms, gorgeous bathroom w/walk in showers, a dream modern kitchen; **Premium** stainless appliances, granite topped custom cabinets (in Kitchen & bath), rich brown and soft blue glass tiles on back splash, decorator window treatments. There is an enclosed laundry area w/ new appliances for your convenience. The Master bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed w/comfortable mattress. The 2nd bedroom has double beds. The furniture is modern, comfortable and like everything else-New.

This is a very pretty and friendly beach community Very* conveniently located: 1. You can travel North-South bordering the Gulf to a multitude of quaint towns. 2. You can take any one of 3 major bridges back to Tampa (The Gandy Bridge, via Tom Stuart Causeway takes you from the Tampa Airport/city directly to Ocean Sands -our condo location). 3. Drive to North Fla on Hwy 275 or South into St. Petersburg and continue on down the Fl coast. 4. There are several ways to access Interstate 4, East, which will take you to Disney, Studios, Paramount, or Sea World. We will provide maps for your convenience & live locally so we know area well.

The Master has a softer brown hues w/larger, very striking decorator border. There is a height adjustable shower head here. There's a nice double sink dressing area w/ custom cabinets and beveled mirrors here too. Perfect lighting overhead. It's relaxing just to look at this room.

Notes: There is a security guard on the premises at night. If you don't want to take any day trips, you can walk to a large grocery store and shops. Two very nice restaurants are very close. There is a beach trolley that goes up& down Gulf Blvd stopping at various places tourists like to visit. In addition to the beach and swimming pool, you can charter fishing trips, parasail, reserve boat sight seeing trips,even helicopter rides. Tampa has a beautiful Aquarium, professional sports, and don't forget to check what may be currently going on at the Tampa Bay Performing Art Center. There is just an endless amount of activity.

Perfect 9th floor condo overlooking the beach.

It was an absolute pleasure renting this beautiful condo from the Fleming's. The condo is on the 9th floor of a well maintained 2 tower complex directly on Madiera beach. The condo management team is also second to none as the pool, jacuzzi pool, tiki hut and the rest of the amenities and grounds are flawlessly maintained.

The condo itself is immaculate with the previously mentioned granite counter tops and other high end extras like the new stainless steel appliances, flat panel HD televisions, beautifully tiled glass door walk in shower, etc.

The huge balcony overlooks the gulf of Mexico where you can sit with a drink in the evenings and watch dolphins, boats, surf fishing, and the lighthouse in the distance.

No need to travel to look for a better beach as right out the back door of the condo is the perfect beach with the finest of white sand, crystal clear water with small waves in a family friendly environment. There was an umbrella, coolers and other extras supplied to make for the perfect day on the beach in the bathtub warm water.

St Johns pass is only a few blocks away with shopping, tons of restaurants, etc. Make sure to stop at the Cuban Paradise cigar shop and coffee bar for the perfect coffee and hand rolled cigars I've found anywhere. The Conch Republic restaurant down the road has incredible food and drinks at reasonable prices to add to the many fond memories of our stay.

I'll definately be back again and highly recommend this condo.
