Yacht Club Estates is accessible via Treasure Island Causeway/Central Ave. Our island community is located along 79th Street South & is bounded on all sides by the Boca Ciega Bay with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. Residents who are boaters have the luxury of keeping their boats behind their homes on this waterway. We are approximately 5 minutes drive to the Gulf Beaches, 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg and The Pier, and 40 minutes to Tampa with it's 'International Plaza' and Airport.

Grocery stores, banks etc are within 2 miles from the property & the nearest main shopping center is Tyrone Mall. We have Rental Companies to recommend for Baby Cribs, etc. There is casual and fine dining very close and we have a selection of Brochures, Maps, Restaurant information at the house, with games, books, DVSs & CDs. 35 miles of the Pinellas hiking/biking trail minutes away, as are golf courses, marinas, museums, parks, attractions, etc. Less than 2 Hrs to DISNEYWORLD!

  • Bedrooms: The 1st master suite (King) is located on the main level, a guest suite (Queen) with private bath and balcony on upper level (elevator) and the 4-poster room (Queen) on upper level. There is another bedroom with Twin beds on upper floor which shares a 'Jack and Jill” bathroom and private WC with the 4-poster room. On the main level we also have a den/bedroom with a Double futon and lastly a sofa sleeper (Double) in the great room. There is another bathroom with shower, we call the 'Pool Bath' with Pool Towels and First Aid Kit, on that level also which has a door out to the lanai - good to use after swimming.

Yacht Club Estates is a St Petersburg, Florida Waterfront neighborhood located in the Western part of the City, adjacent to the Treasure Island Bridge. Yacht Club Estates consists entirely of single family dwellings. It is a water oriented community with about 99 percent of the homes being waterfront homes on Boca Ciega Bay. Almost all homes have docks and most have boats (either power or sail). Swimming, fishing and boating are favorite hobbies of residents.

A wonderful setting

A wonderful setting and a beautiful home with great weather. The salt water pool/spa were great. Brian and Carol were very attentive to our needs. We love to cook and the kitchen was ideal. The nearby restaurants were also very good. We had our three children, their significant others and our two grandchildren and had plenty of space. It is a wonderful home for a family vacation. We look forward to another visit next year.

What an Awesome Vacation

We had the most wonderful time on our vacation at this home. It had everything you could imagine and more! What I thought was extra special was the little things like the soap, dishwasher detergent and things that ultimately save you a lot of money not to mention that you don't think about them. We had my Dad with us and he stayed in the master suite and he lived like a king. The pool was warm even when the weather was cooler and we had dolphins that stayed around the area for 8-10 hours. We didn't leave the house much while the weather was nice, there was no need, we had everything we could ask for. We travel to Florida every year with family and look forward to renting from Brian and Carol, They went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect house and everything was taken care of for us.

WONDERFUL VACATION HOME

This property is more than we expected. Everything was wonderful. We were there on a family vacation with 9 adults and 3 small children and had a great time. Home is better than the description. Property was very well maintained and is furnished with everything we needed. Brian and Carol are wonderful hosts. Everything we had a question about was taken care of. We found no need to see other attractions in the area as this home had everything we needed. Very short drive to the beach. Great location for any type of shopping you need. Watched dolphins every day of our stay. Could not have wanted more. The layout of the property was just perfect for our situation. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We just can not say enough about what a great vacation spot this is. The entire family had a great time and we all decided that we will return.

A WONDERFUL VACATION

We had a great a vacation. Location, neighbourhood and the house, everything was perfect.

Carol and Brian were for us far more hosts than homeowners.

A Great Place to Disappear with My Wife

The pictures and description do not do this house justice. My wife and I stayed here for a week. It felt like home, minus the distractions. Brian and Carol have made sure to cover all the details.

We had fun watching the dolphins every morning while reading the paper and drinking coffee outside on the patio.

We will definitely consider this property for our future stays in St. Petersburg.
