Come visit our beautiful three bedroom three bathroom private vacation home. Centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. Our home features its very own private swimming pool. No more sharing with other condo's or resort visitors, enjoy the sun without any interruptions. We have the ability to sleep up to 10 guest comfortably. One king size bed in the master bedroom, twin full size beds in the kids room and a queen bed on the main floor along with queen size sleeper sofa. We have a fully furnished kitchen with all appliances and utencils. Each room has its own TV with DVD player along with cable hook up. We provide you with an electric grill and outdoor eating areas for your pleasure. All this is just minutes away from the public beach. You may fish in the Canal that runs parrell to our home just 50 ft away. Also, for the residents and guest in our neighborhood, we have a public park with fishing pier and picnic tables for you and your family to enjoy.

We are located just one mile off of AL-161 / Orange Beach BLVD and Marina Road. Two miles north of AL-182 / Perdido Beach BLVD. Marina road has a public boat launch called Boggy Point and we are located just west of this. Less than a mile from the vacation site is a popular eating establishment called Tacky Jacks. Under five miles is the upcoming tourist attraction Bama Bayou, which includes shops, marina, amphitheater, Gulf World where you can swim with Dolphins, and Bayou Beach, a world-class water park.

We stayed in this house the last weekend of September. The house is very nice and bright. The view of the waterway is great - we saw porpoises in it every day! It's just a few minutes drive to the beach. A quiet place and we would definitely stay here again.

We got married on the beach and stayed here for the weekend of September 20, 2008. It couldn't had been more perfect! It was big enough for the wedding party to all stay together Friday night and everyone loved it! I don't think the pictures did it justice, everything was so nice and decorated so well. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Also the beds were soooo comfortable!!! I would definitely recommend this beach house to others and we plan to stay again some time in the future!

The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the kitchen. The view was great, the kids loved watching all the different boats go back and forth. We also caught some crabs in the water in front of the house. It is perfectly located, close to everything you want to do, and far enough away to be a peaceful get away.

This house was perfect for our stay! Clean, beautifully decorated, all the amenities we needed. My kids loved watching the boats and birds out the windows. Having such a great view of the ICW was truly a plus. And, there are glimpses of the ocean that are great too! The house was conveniently located to the beach, some shopping, and the back gate of Camp Lejeune. For us it was perfect! If we are ever back in Sneads Ferry, we'll absolutely check for this house's availability!
