Hi Thom,
I just wanted to let you know how much my family and I enjoyed the Harvest Lane home.
It was beautifully decorated and your gardens are lovely. It was everything I had hoped for and more. I am very picky about where we stay and this was exactly what I wanted. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. My only regret is we didn't get to stay at the house more, we were gone so much during the day visiting wineries that the next time we come we want to rent your home again and spend more time there. Mike was very helpful and accommodating. I am so happy we found this home in Napa. We will definitely contact you again.
Sincerely,
business

PARADISE!!

I stayed with friends and family at this beautiful home. From the moment you are greeted, to the time you leave, you feel like you are entering paradise and then leaving paradise! This home exceeds the expectations of the pictures and of one might expect for a vacation rental. You are greeted by the most wonderful lady with a big smile, she helps you with any questions you may have, and by the way, if you have questions prior to your stay, call her, she will answer any question you may have about the home and she is a wealth of information for the first time visitor of the Napa Valley. The decor of the home is beautiful and well-kept. The home is SO clean, which I appreciate. The home is well equipped with everything one might need. The home is spacious and the comfortable for all. The backyard is breathtaking and so relaxing to sit and have coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Enjoying sitting in the spa in the mornings with mimosas watching the hot air balloons fly over was the extra treat! We loved the restaurant REDD and our favorite winery was Nickel and Nickel, you do need to have an appointment. Shopping is close and walking and cycling was fun. The home is centrally located to all destinations yet you feel you are in the country from the backyard. From the moment you begin the process of reserving with the owner to the time you check out of the property, you could not of ask for a better vacation! I would highly recommend this home for your family gathering. PARADISE!!

As a family of foodies, self described wine connoisseurs, hikers, cyclists, runners and cooks, this house was the perfect retreat for my husband, myself our 2 daughters (mid - late twenties) and spouse and boyfriend.
I have rented many homes over the years in England and Cape Cod, and I can honestly say this was the nicest one yet. Immaculately clean and well appointed with well designed layout. Ample room for us all to be together to cook, dine and socialize, yet offering quiet spaces if anyone wanted to read quietly or work. Garden and deck is lovely. I wish we could have spent more time there.
Location could not be better. A beautiful back garden view of vineyards, a park across the road for hiking, close proximity to town for dining out, Whole foods and Trader Joe's close by. Each bedroom and bathroom was comfortable and a good size.
Highly recommend Napa Bike Tours for a self guided or guided tour of vineyards and the food and wine pairing at REDD (restaurant). To be honest we didn't have a bad meal anywhere in Napa, but we did our homework and looked up reviews. An amazing choice of restaurants abound.
Our favorite wine tasting experiences were at some of the smaller vineyards, but we particularly enjoyed Stags Leap Wine Cellar, Plump Jack and Quixote. We did the self guided bike tour and Napa Bike Tours delivered a lovely fresh picnic lunch to a vineyard of our choice at a time chosen by us. They will also pick up any wine you purchase and have it waiting for you when you return the bike.
Both the owner and property manager were very helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely be returning here and will recommend to family and friends. A really relaxing, enjoyable and memorable vacation, mostly because we had a fabulous house to wake up in and return to each evening.

Perfect for reunions

We have recently returned from our Ca trip where we hosted 2 reunions. One was for my husband's first cousins and the 2nd was for some of his college friends. This was the 2nd time to be in this Napa house and we are retuning for our next get together. We have rented many VRBO properties over the yrs and this has to be our favorite. From making the reservation to checkout the experience couldn't have been more efficient. This is the only house I felt that additional cleaning didn't need to be done before feeling settled in.

Dori is very efficient, but best of all she is warm, caring and couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. She provides any information you need to make your stay a very enjoyable one and if a problem arises, she handles it right away. She has become a real friend to us.

Special winery tours we particularly enjoyed were Hall Rutherford and Castello di Amorosa. Restaurants not to be missed are Celedon in downtown Napa (crab cakes are great) and The Culinary Institute of America in St Helena (view from terrace seating in Graystone is special.

Balloons coming overhead every morning while you are having morning coffee about 7:15 is quite a sight. Sometimes they are so close you think you can reach out and touch them. The vineyard behind the beautiful backyard setting always has activity that is fun to watch. Makes you feel like you are in the country although you are only minutes away from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target and about 20 min away from Safeway.
Napa and this house are GREAT!!!!!!

Perfect GetAway

This house was absolutely perfect for 3 couples. Everyone had their own comfortable bed and bathroom. Being from NJ, you don't often get a chance to see lemon trees, and this house is surrounded by them! Not to mention, you can enjoy a stunning view of a 150 acre vineyard from the backyard. I can't begin to tell you how relaxing it was to enjoy a glass of wine and barbecue outside, while enjoying the view and the unbelievable landscape of the property. The owner and the property manager are extremely friendly and helpful, and even left us some promotional vouchers for complimentary tastings at certain vineyards.

The location of the house is strategically located next to downtown Napa, where there lots of bars, restaurants, and tasting rooms to choose from. But my advice would be to go to the adjacent Whole Foods, and enjoy the backyard and the grill. In terms of wineries, Carneros is the closest appellation, but Yountville and St Helena are only about a 20 minute drive.

This home was absolutely perfect for a couple of 3, but you could easily do 4 couples. We all had an unforgettable experience and wouldn't think twice about staying here again if we are fortunate enough to make the trip back to wine country.
