Just completed in June 2007, (Fiesta Key) the complex opened in late 2005 just South of Orlando (Kissimmee). All the comforts of home with upgrades in this unit include a Queen mattress and Berber carpet throughout. All the comforts of home including a washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen, air conditioned, DVD player and room for 8 people. Private entrance and screened patio with chairs. Amenities - Clubhouse complete with plasma TV, card tables, small kitchen, outside shower, restrooms. Gated community. Activities -Heated swimming pool, clubhouse and tennis court. Children’s playground. Gym with weight room. Walking paths around the ponds. Distances -Less than 5 minutes to World Class Golf. Just 7 Miles From Walt Disney World/ 10 miles to Universal. Three miles to shopping and dining. Orlando International Airport 25 minutes. Sanford 40 minutes. Beaches and Cape Canerval about 45 miles. Free Wi-Fi too.
