This condo is located directly across the street from the Naples Ritz Carlton Beach resort. The public beach access is only one short block away ( less then a 5 minute walk) from the building. This is a shorter walk than from the public beach parking. After enjoying the beach during the day come back and relax at the roof top pool. Beautiful views of Naples can be seen from here at night.
This unit has unique original oil paintings decorating it throughout. It is like having your own mini-art gallery in your unit. This is also accompanied by new appliances and granite counter tops. This unit also had an update to the living room furniture in the Summer of 2010 with new couch and 52 inch plasma TV. ( Picture of living room not updated with new furniture yet). Also had new hurricane proof sliding glass doors and windows installed Summer 2011. New kitchen Cabinets installed June 2012.
Save your money, take advantage of this condos location without having to pay the beach price.
I have lived in the area since 1989. I live in a small rural community about an hour away from Naples. Naples is a great place for me to go and get away and relax on the beach. I own my own business in the area and find it hard to take long vacations so this condo was the perfect choice for me. I can get away but yet it is not too far from home and work.
Lisa Ledesma purchased this condo in 2004
I have always loved the Naples area. There are so many nice restaurants and a wide variety of places to shop. The beaches are very nice and quiet, not the party atmosphere that some beach areas have.
The rental property has a great location. You have great beach access without having to pay the beach price. It is also nicely located for dinning as well. Just up the street there is an endless selection of dinning choices. It is also easily accessable from Interstate 75. The pool roof is very nice. No problems with shade during any part of the day. There is complete sun all day long to the pool area.
The guest that made the previous review claimed that he had been robbed while staying at the condo. He asked for money but when we explained to him that we could not give him money because we had no way to verify if he was robbed or how much money he even had. He stated that if we did not give him cash (picking an amount that was just enough to have some extra spending money but not enough to make it look suspicous) he would place a really bad review on the web site. Only after I questioned him a few days later when he was still trying to get money from us as to why he didn't call the cops if he was robbed and file a police report to possibly find the person who did it did he file a report. After filing the report he once again asked for money now that he filed a report. After explaining to him that no rental property or condo complex is going to replace cash for a renter he kept insisting that there should be some kind of insurance that should cover this. I even explained that I am sure his own homeowners insurance would not cover a loss of cash in his own home. He then threatened one more time if we didn't give him cash then he would place a really bad review on our web site. I can assure you he fabricated the fact there video evidence of management entering his unit and taking his cash. Common sense would tell you that if there was video evidence of this happening the police would have made an arrest. As for me not responding to him, after so many attempts to explain that cash can not be returned and that when you rent a house it is like your own, you are responsible for your property I finally gave up and just let the man make a bad review of the property. As you can tell by all previous renters there has been no accusations of building management or owners doing anything but being accomodating and responsive to our renters requests. This mans review was a retaliation for not responding to his demands for cash. As for being shady, the only shady one that seems to be a part oft his situation was the renter that changed his story based on the person he spoke with and put absolute lies in a review. The one thing I agree with is if you are questioning staying at this condo please do take the time to read the police report. It will show that the renter waited three days to make a claim of a robbery and that there is absolutely no evidence of anyone entering his unit but himself and his wife.
