Luxury Beach Home ! Welcome back fellow Shakers! Special rate thru Mar 13, 2010 $1000/week. Across the street from the pool. Stainless appliances, hardwoods, granite, TV/DVD all rooms, imported tile and paintings, top floor deck facing Gulf with wet bar. Three stories, five balconies. Ground floor includes the living, dining, kitchen areas, and master suite with queen and full bath. A second master suite with a queen and large adjoining jacuzzi bath is on the second floor, as well as the bunk room and play area for the kids with private bath. Top floor has king master suite, full bath, and lounge. The top-floor deck and wet bar is the location for martini time, where they are 'shaken, not stirred' while taking in the spectacular gulf and sunset views. Parking for five cars. Bicycles included. Attention: fishermen! Call early to arrange charter.This is a Comfortable home.....there's me, my wife, and son on the second floor balcony!

Seacrest Beach is located on a white sugar sand beach on the Florida panhandle. The two-lane blacktop that runs along the beach is Historic Hwy 30A. This stretch of beach has the only Florida county law that prohibits structures taller than 50 feet. That means all the homes near 30A get a Gulf view, and unlike Destin and Panama City Beach, there are no 24 story condos. Enjoy one of the most pristine beaches in the world in an uncrowded atmosphere and a world class pool that accommodates the entire family.

My family rented this house for a weeklong vacation. We had four kids (ages 7-15), one baby, and four adults. Normally when we stay together in a single unit for vacation we feel like we're on top of each other for the entire week. But not here. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids bunk room was especially nice, as were the TV/DVDs in every room. When needed (and it was needed as we cooked in almost every night), there was plenty of room to comfortably accommodate everyone in the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

Everything that the owner described about the property was spot on. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Details, communication, payment, etc. were all a breeze. Truly a pleasure to work with.

The location of the house is great...close to Rosemary Beach and Seaside, but without all of the hustle and bustle of those communities. The house was closer to the front of the development which made walking to the beach easy and access to the pool was extremely convenient. For those who prefer not to walk to the beach, there is a tram service that will pick you up at your door and drop you at the walkway to the beach (this was a great service with a baby).

All-in-all, I would definitely recommend this property. We'll definitely be returning in the future!
