Our luxury villa with upgraded facilities located on popular Calabay Parc, a quiet exclusive development with wide landscaped roads and oversize plots is close to shops, restaurants and all main attractions. Sleeps 8 comfortably in two master bedrooms with king sized beds, walk in wardrobes and luxury en-suite bathrooms and two themed (one Disney) twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV, the large family room has cable TV, DVD and a separate ‘den’ for the kids includes a cable TV, PS 2 and games. The open plan kitchen/ dining area is fully equipped and includes all appliances. Doors from both the family room and master bedrooms lead out to a heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi/ spa. The extended deck area is private as the property is not ‘back to back’ with another. Games room and PC with high speed internet. Well equipped with upgraded finishes and fittings and quality contemporary furnishings, this villa is your ideal location for your Disney dream holiday.
Calabay Parc: Calabay Parc is situated in a quiet location on Highway 27, close to both Interstate 4 and Highway 192 and only a short drive to all major attractions (Disney 15min. Universal 30min.) The villa and surroundings are maintained to the highest standards by a local management company who are always available for help and advice.

Nearest Pharmacy (Walgreens) 1 mile (8am to 11pm) Pharmacies also at Publix and Walmart and 24 hour pharmacies and walk in medical centres on Highway 192 within 6 miles of the villa.
Nearest table service restaurants (Cracker Barrel, Applebees and Bennigans) within 1 to 3 miles and many more (Sizzlers, Ponderosa, Dennys etc.) within 6 miles.
Nearest take-aways (Wendys, MacDonalds, Taco Bell, Italian Pizza) within 1 to 3 miles. Champions Gate Golf Resort 5 minutes away.

We send out an information sheets to help you plan your holiday with all enquiries including money saving tips, flight booking tips including alternative airports less than 90 minutes from the villa offering cheaper flights. We also have on CD-Rom a colour brochure and a ‘walk through’ video of the property on CD-Rom. We do everything possible to make our guests' holiday special.
Golf: Orlando is the perfect location for the golfer with a number of championship golf courses nearby. These include Champions Gate Golf Resort designed by Greg Norman only five minutes from Calabay Parc.
We are British owners although we have lived and worked in USA since 2006. Proud parents of two great kids who have given us four delightful grandchildren. Peter works in the oil and gas industry and joyce is a retired librarian, currently studying for a Masters degree in English Literature. With Peter's job we have had the opportunity of being able to travel to many interesting countries. We love travelling and have hours of video and thousands of photographs to bore the pants off our relatives.

We visited Orlando in late September 2001 looking for a holiday property and at that time Calabay Parc was in early stages of development. We visited only 2 weeks after 9/11 and for obvious reasons we were nervous about buying. However we couldn't stop thinking about the properties that we had seen, particularly Calabay Parc and we booked to go back for another look renting a property on Calabay. We were attracted to the location because of it being in a quiet area but still close to all attractions, shopping, dining etc. We also thought that the builder/developer was a bit of a cut above his contemporaries putting extra touches into the villa designs to make them stand out. By late 2003 there were very few plots left but we were lucky enough to be there when a buyer pulled out of a sale of a premium plot at the far end of the development so away from any road noise from highway 27 and with a large open area to the rear which would give complete privacy to the pool area, a rarity at that time as developers were putting villas back to back to maximise the number of properties on a development. We paid extra for the plot and when we sat with the builder to choose finishes, fixtures, fittings and furnishings paid extra again for higher quality. We were also impressed that the builder insisted on wall colour, door colour, elevation, exterior light fittings etc. being different to the villas either side and opposite to maintain the diverse development layout that had already been established.
We go out of our way to make our guests stay special. We have used our years of experience visiting Orlando and the comments and suggestions of our many guests (you are not customers or clients, you are our guests in our home) to produce information sheets on pre-holiday planning, final planning, dining suggestions, days out, visiting at Christmas etc.
We also believe that we have the best management company looking after our property. In 2013 a Florida holiday travel company carried out a customer survey and assessment of various property management companies and the villas under their care. Our management company and the villas that they manage (including ours) were the only ones given an A rating.
This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and updated. The pool was a great escape for the children and adults when we were between activities. This home is minutes from everywhere. I would recommend this property to everyone.
We loved this spacious, clean and well layed out villa. We felt so comfortable that it soon became a home from home (only better). The location is ideal, quiet and relaxing while at the same time only a few minutes from the I4 which takes you directly to all of the attractions and Disney World really was only 15 minutes away, all other amenities like shops and restaurants are nearby and the pool area was not overlooked and quite private which we loved.
Peter and Joy have really worked hard at putting together a comprehensive information package too, which contains really valuable information to help your holiday go smoothly and they always responded to emails quickly. Being able to pay by Paypal (therefore use a credit card) was also a bonus.
Inside the Villa is everything you could need on your holiday and it was immaculately clean and very well maintained. I thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone who is planning a holiday in Orlando.

The villa was wonderful. Clean, well furnished, exactly as pictured. The pool was great, we had it heated- well worth it. The kids loved being able to get up in the morning and take a dip before heading out for the afternoon. The only thing we missed was a grill.
About a 15 minute drive to Disney, about 40 minutes to Seaworld with the Holiday Traffic. We let the kids sleep in in the mornings, and hit the parks late until they closed- was great as many people with younger kids left after parades/fireworks. On New Years Eve, we walked onto Big Thunder Mountain Railroad 3x in a row and then walked onto Space mountain about 30 minutes before the park closed....it had been a 2+ hour wait the duration of our trip!
The owners were wonderful with their communication, including the great information about traveling in Disney during the holiday season.
Our whole family can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family!

On our arrival, the outside of the villa was impressive enough, but when we entered the house, we could not have been more delighted. The space, layout and quality of everything inside was beyond our expectations.

The pool was wonderful (we paid extra to have it heated and it was worth it).
The location of the villa was ideal. The villa is about 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and probably 30 mins to Universal Studios.
There is a large supermarket only 3 miles away.
I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.
Calabay Parc is a popular and outstanding development set amongst orange groves and pine woods with wide well laid out and landscaped roads. The development is finished (so no building noise or dust) and the villas are carefully placed on large plots with plenty of open areas to ensure maximum privacy. and extra architectural features that make the properties stand out from the normal Florida style villa. There is a conservation area and nature trail and a recreation area with children's play area, gazebo for picnics or relaxing and volley ball. Our villa is on a quiet street of only 8 villas,5 minutes walk from the recreation area and with a large open area to the rear. Calabay Parc is located on Highway 27 with shops, supermarkets and restaurants locally available and just five minutes from Interstate 4 from which the main theme parks, shopping areas and golf courses are easily accessible. Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic and Gulf beaches are a day trip away.
Other Activities: numerous theme parks and tourist attractions within 15-30 minutes drive, numerous beaches and national parks within a day trip

We now charge a uniform all year round rate with no premium for school holidays.
Our rates include for all taxes and cleaning costs. The only optional extra is pool heat which is £15 day ($25). However, between May and October inclusive we offer a fixed weekly charge of £60 ($100). Pool heating is recommended from Oct to April. Worth considering all year round if you have very young children.
Booking deposit of £100 per week booked. Balance 10 weeks before.
We provide address for ESTA on receipt of deposit and key safe code, final holiday information and detailed directions on receipt of final balance
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
