113 Premiere Vista, is a no smoking/pets condo located on the first floor in the Ocean Gallery resort with a view of the ocean from the patio and the living room. The building has a large pool w/spa & access to great beach. In addition, the Ocean Gallery Resort has an additional central heated pool w/saunas and exercise room, 2 tennis courts and a hand ball court, 2 shuffleboard courts and a children's play area. Condo has king size beds in both bedrooms and a pull out bed to sleep 6 in comfort. Kitchen is modern and up to date. Separate dining area. Unit has a washer/dryer and wireless internet access. The St. Augustine area has many fine restaurants and historical attractions. Reasonable drives to Daytona Beach, Jacksonville and Orlando.
