This home is new to the rental market - it has been individually furnished, decorated window dressed and upgraded. There are sofas and love seats in the lounge, a 50' TV with cable + high-speed Internet, a modern CD player & a DVD player. The dining area boasts a large attractive table & chairs and a buffet hutch + a nook with further table & chairs and bar stools. The kitchen has recently been remodeled with a full flat granite counter and brand new black appliances thru out, it is fully fitted with everything you could need for larger or smaller parties. There are 3 king suites a twin suite & a full with single over suite. Each bedroom has cable TV+DVD or PS/2, ceiling fans & large closets. The west facing, fully screened pool and lanai area has ceiling fans, a large table & chairs and sun loungers. The garage has a pool table, air hockey table & a darts board + free standing fan for comfort.

Windsor Hills is just 2 miles from Disney, 1 hr driving from either coast and 4/5 hrs from Miami/Everglades area. On the resort is a lagoon style pool with waterslide and in-pool jets. There is a hot tub, interactive fountains and table tennis. A shop, fitness room, games room, private cinema, various ball courts and a 9 hole putting green. Shopping at the outlets is close by. There are many restaurants on the 192 with Sand Lake Road a 15 min drive away. Don't forget the wonderful restaurants in Disney and at their hotels. Universal, Aquatica, Sea World, Discovery Cove are all within a 20 min ride. Cypress Gardens is 30 mins away along with the Botanical Gardens. You will never be short of something to do - or you can just relax.

    Pool heat is an optional extra at $$197.75 per week inc tax. It is recommended from Oct thru April.
