  • All prices do not include sales tax (6%) and city tax (5%).
  • Terms of Payment.

    Short term rentals of up to 3 weeks - A booking deposit of $400.00 is required to confirm the booking, with the balance of the rental and a $400.00 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. The booking deposit transfers to form the security deposit at the point of payment of the balance.

    Long term rentals of 4 weeks or more. Prepayment of 20% of the total rental is required to confirm the booking. The balance of the payment plus a $400.00 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. $400.00 of the booking deposit transfers to form the security deposit at the point of payment of the full balance.

    For last minute bookings, within 35 days of the rental period beginning, the total rental payment and $400.00 security deposit is due on booking.

    Electric usage is included up to $30.00 per week, additional usage is $0.15 KWH. All bedding and towels are included. There is a cleaning fee of $120.00.
  • Cancellations and refunds:
    A cancellation fee of 10% of the whole amount will be charged up to 60 days prior to arrival. 30% of the whole amount will be charged 59 - 30 days prior to arrival. 60% of the whole amount will be charged 29 - 22 days prior to arrival. 80% of the whole amount will be charged 21 days or less prior to arrival.
    Vacation cancellation insurance is recommended.

Boat Rental: We own a 26ft Seaswirl Striper offshore power boat with Suzuki 200hp four cycle. The boat is available for $600.00 per week. Security deposit for the boat is $500.00. There is a boat introduction fee of $137.00 or $187.00 depending on experience, including Sea Tow waiver; minimum age 21 years; driving license required (Florida law for renting a boat). The boat has full commercial insurance and is fully-equipped with electronics, radio, safety equipment, toilet, cooking facilities. The boat is also available skippered for an additional fee. What better way to explore and see places only accessible by boat, you may even be lucky and see manatee or dolphins. We have just installed a new dock and boat lift for ease of use and convenience. For those who prefer to leave the skippering to someone else we can offer various packages e.g. 2 days fishing (1 all day offshore, 1 all day backwater) $1310.00. 2 full days backwater fishing $900.00.

Wonderful stay at this very well equipped home. The advertising photographs and desription accurately reflect the high standard of this villa and beautiful garden. The house was very clean and comfortable. The south facing exposure meant that the pool was bathed in sunshine all day. Spend some time looking at the fish in the canal from the dock - it is amazing what a slice of bread will attract! The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect Vacation: From the Start to the End.

VACATION WAS PERFECT!

Starting from the booking to the payment to the refund of the security deposit. Everything worked out without any problems and hassle.

Paul & Vivien are very easy and pleasant to deal with, and they will do everything (the only thing they could not do was turn away the hurricanes, which passed by these days) to make your vacation a dream vacation. THANKS!

The villa was great. Quite, very very clean, and had everything what you need to be happy. We asked for internet access, and Paul was so kind to supply a WiFi access point to accommodate our wishes. What a Service!!

Jay (taking care of the house, and very helpful and friendly) and Captain Bob (showing us the boat and giving us tips and tricks) where great as well. Very friendly people.

Just a great team from the start to the end.

Will recommend this to anyone at any time!!

Fantastic Vacation Property

My wife and I just spent the most relaxing vacation at Villa Corona. I was amazed at how neat and clean everything was and how roomy and comfortable we felt. This place is a Gem and it has changed our minds on how to vacation. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and this added to the expierence, as it showed us how much they care about their guests. Although it may hurt my chances of booking there again, I plan to tell everyone just how great this vacation was thanks to this Fantastic Rental. Everything about the house was a pleasure, from the pool to the double garage and all the necesseties in the house. Every need was met and we just loved it. Thanks Paul and Vivien

This is a great vacation home!! It was everything that the owners described and more. It is extra clean and comfortable and has all of the amenities that you would have in your own home. Its southern exposure kept the pool area bathed in sunshine throught the day. Having a local maintenance couple available is an added plus.

It's a great home to rent and share with other couples while on vacation. Wee had two couples plus a third couple visited for several days. When you calculate the cost per couple, per night, it's a no-brainer. We will never stay in a hotel again.

We will definately be back next year.

clean comfortableand well maintained itis close to any shopping that you would like.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this home next year as we do go every year to cape coral
