These are high-end beds. The fourth bedroom is a full bed w/ a futon that stretches out to a twin. The TV are high resolution, with cable & DVD. The Entertainment system is Harmon/Kardon. It's cutting edge surround sound. Leather upholstery and more quality stuff, like Mikasa dishware for formal dinners, etc..

Notes: Our TV / Entertainment system are pre-wired for GameCube. Our hot tub is maintained at a constant 100 to 102 degrees w/ hydraulic lift for convenience. The large, private pool is solar heated for free (supplemental gas heating available for extra fee) and is available for use from March thru October and weather permitting. This is all new full kitchen has all new appliances (Jenn-Air). There is a local land-line phone w/ local calling available in the house. Handicapped Accessible: It does have a small step (about 2 inches) from the garage, but since it is a Ranch home, it is relatively accessible for the disabled. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Principle renter must be 25 years old or older. This house is geared more towards couples / family / conventioneers, since all the beds are King (1) and Queens (2) and Full (2). We do have an extra air bed and the sofa is extra long for additional sleeping arrangements. Smoking Not Allowed: Please keep our home smoke free. Thank You

Free Heated Pool and Constant on Hot Tub: Our Extra large pool is private and warm. It comes standard with free solar heating, and if you want that additional heat during the colder months, the supplemental gas heating is at cost (please call for additional details). Who can resist the temptation of the constant on extra large Hot Tub w/ hydraulic lift for the easy access? With easy access to the pool and hot tub from the Master Bedroom and Living Room, it's hard to stay away.

Wireless Wi-Fi and Luxury: We have Cable Service for our Brand New Toshiba 57 inch Flat screen Hi-Def TV w/ Harmon / Kardon Home Entertainment System, DVD & pre-wired for a Nintendo GameCube. We also have Cable Service for the Brand New Toshiba 32 inch Flat TV with DVD in Master Bedroom, large Roman jetted tub in master bathroom, separate toilet w/ lockable door, ridiculously large walk-in closet, luxurious linens, and laundry room - all furnished and provided (paper towels, napkins, kleenix, etc...) with attention to every detail! Free High Speed Internet with wireless router!!

Close to the Strip & even closer to the Airport: If you are considering a trip to fabulous Las Vegas, and want to escape the traffic, lines, and chaos of the Strip, this home offers all the makings of a memorable and grand vacation! Whether you are here for a vacation, corporate travel, or convention, we welcome you to Vegas! We are just far enough away for you to feel 'alone' but also close enough where it's just a few minutes of driving. As an added bonus, there's never any traffic from the home to the airport (we're already on 215, so it's a straight shot to the airport, it's amazing not having to take a chance on I15 or Paradise), so no headache when it's time to go home.

Golf: The house is located inside a championship golf community. It is a public golf course and suitable for all levels. It's actually quite challenging and the nice thing is, you're already there. No traffic to fight.

Family reunion

My experience with this property was wonderful. My family of 8 wanted to stay together in Las Vegas and when I found this property I thought it would be perfect and it was except for a few issues for my handicap sister who is wheelchair bound. We had difficulty getting her into and out of the house because there is a 3" drop from the house to the garage and from the house to the pool area. She also had difficulty accessing the toilets in the house. Although there are 2.5, none of them are accessible for someone that is in a wheelchair. She had to transfer from her wheelchair to a walker, which is very difficult, to use the toilet. Other than these issues, the spaciousness of the home made it very easy for her to get around while in her wheelchair.

The house is well appointed and does not lack in the basic necessities. The kitchen is very spacious; the bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of closet space; the gathering areas, such as the dining room and living room have plenty of room for everyone. The 2 bathrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space.

The house is in a great location and easily accessible to the strip, shopping and Red Rock Canyon. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The backyard pool area was very nice. We had a few minor glitches when we checked in and Alex, the owner, took care of everything in a very pleasant and efficient manner. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a spacious, comfortable home for a family reunion or a group of friends wanting to travel together.

Excellent Vegas Rental for a Family

My family and I just returned home from Vegas and I had to jump on here and mention that our stay at this property was an excellent experience. The location was fabulous, the neighborhood was super quiet, everything worked perfectly and the pool and jacuzzi were first rate (my two teen daughters second that). It's also just the right distance from the Strip...our drive took maybe 8 to 10 minutes tops.

I would highly recommend this house to families or anyone who's looking for a quiet home with all of the amenities that's just a short drive from all of the action. I look forward to renting this house again on our next Vegas trip. Thanks Alex!

Alex, we found the home very neat and clean. We had a pool tournament and Easter Dinner with our Family. We found it very comfortable and did the 2 mile walk around the golf course daily. We very much enjoyed the pool,spa & BBQ. The location to the strip was also excellent. We had a great time! Thanks

Hi Alex-Our NASCAR group just finished our third annual stay at your house. Like the two previous years our stay was terrific. Your house is clean and comfortable. The outdoor spa and pool are great amenities. As in the past, we took advantage of the nearby clubhouse restaurant each morning for breakfast before heading to the race track. Each member of our group now feels like your house is our own vacation home. We hope to see you again in 2010.
