This spacious vacation home at Crescent Beach Club has unique architectural features that provide spectacular views from every room! Enjoy panoramic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway from two large terraces on opposite sides. Listen to the peaceful surf, gaze over the beaches and watch spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the many windows and sliding doors. Park in the garage only a few steps from the elevator, and enter through double doors from the private hallway. This immaculate condominium was recently remodeled and features top of the line appliances, Corian counter tops, terracotta tile floors and tasteful artwork throughout. Comfortably furnished including a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a deluxe queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Conveniently located on Sand Key just south of Clearwater Beach and 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport.
